I'm repeatedly getting bad gateway error messages ("Problem communicating upstream") from a site I'm working on at the moment when posting data back to a page. I'm programming for a hosted site that runs under Sun One ASP on a Linux setup and wondered if anyone else has come across similiar problems? Or if anyone knows what might cause these errors?

I then need to get a response back from that page and display the results on the original page to the user.I'm guessing that this is identical to what is done with merchant gateways for e-commerce, but I need to do this without any components.
