Getting Started With ASP
I have some experience with JSP and I would like to start learning ASP. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get started.
My first task would be to get a web server to run ASP apps on. I'm using Win XP Home and I've read in a few places that I cannot install the microsoft web server on XP Home. Are there any other free web servers I could use to run ASP? I currently use Tomcat for my JSP apps, is there something similar for ASP?

I have been using Access and ASP for about one year. I'm getting verty comfortable with this now.
I want to pull some data out of a mySQL database for my ASP pages. It's the database for my PHBBB forum. I'm a bit overwhlemed on where to start. Boy is it difference.
I have made the DB connection and see the tables. As I said it's very different.
Any advice on getting started with mySQL so I can start getting some results?
