Tabbing Through Integer Field Causes Error
I have a form with several fields that are updated to a DB as an integer. I am using this code to validate the fields:

when I use my tab to pass by one of the integer fields which should be a 'zero' or null. Is there a way to default the fields to a null value?

I am facing some problems for the database query.
Error Type:
ADODB.Field (0x800A0BCD)
Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record. How to do the error hanndling, if certain record cannot be found in the database? If possible, please show the coding.
Handling Concurrent Users
I have an issue with handling concurrent users in asp page.
The server is win 2003.
Asp page calls a dll developed in vc++ for displaying reports from oracle database.
Application works fine for less than 10 users .but it fails with object cannot be intialized for more users.
I tested the same application in my m/c for load testing it supports 50 users without problem.
Iam wondering any settings at IIS or OS needs to be checked for supporting more users.
Assign A Null Value To Integer Field
I am trying to update an integer field in an Access database with a null value (ie, make the field empty). It currently has an integer in it. Here's the code I've tried, which normally works for all other updates:

Text Value Appearing As Integer
I have a form, that has a drop down menu with number of options eb. home, work, mobile etc. However when the choice is added to the database table it appears as a number inside the table, even though the field in the table is set to a text value (it is an MS Access DB) Why is this?

Removing Last Character From Field
I have a form that seems to add a comma to the end of the email address, ive looked all over the form for this random comma which i cannot find, the comma is definately there before i perform any sort of email error checks, however ive pretty much given up trying to find where its added, but i was wondering, is there something you can add which removes the last character of a field, before it gets entered into the database, something like a comma?

I am using an Access database, and for a field called size the client entered some values such as 20" x 20" Unfortunately when I try to print that field to the page, the cursor stops typing at 20 because I'm assuming it considers the first " inside the 20" x 20" to be the end of the string.
I am simply trying to print the whole string <%=(rsProdsUpdate("size1"))%>
Is there a workaround this without having to change all the values in the database?
Checking The Character Count In A Text Box
I'm creating a form and I have a text box that can't be over 90 characters. I've been trying to accomplish two things but I'm afraid it's just out of my reach, technically.
1. I would like to setup some validation that checks to make sure that the text box isn't over 90 characters when the form is submitted.
2. If possible I would like to do one of the following things. Have a live character count that increases in real-time for every character that is entered. I've seen this before but I don't know if it's feasible in my case. If that's not possible then I would like to have a 'check count' button that displays the current character count (including spaces) in the text box....

error handling. I have got two chance.
1. I can prapare an error page and control throught IIS.
2. I can use on error resume next.
For 1. This is a general handling. I want to handle local error. Maybe i do

For 2. I have to write alot of lines code. I have to control every line.

when I try to insert a duplicate record I get the primary key error. which
is good. but I want to generate a user friendly error ... telling the user
that u have got this error because u r trying to insert a duplicate record.
i can simply do so by using "on error resume next"....
