I need to show two pictures in a table with two TDs
The pictures R dynamic and I don't want to enlarge the table...
How can I load the picture with IMG tag so that it's width will remain smaller than 150 pixels (or set it to 150 pixels if it's longer than 150...)
Must I check the picture file width or is there a faster workaround ?
I have a query that displays values from a db.
The problem is that the value displays like this:
R 6.5
instead of like this:
R 6.50
How would I get it to show the full value?
I am currently making a form in asp and when i make the text boxes they are all formatted to the same size, even if I use the width=*** to change the size? Is there another way to make the input text boxes smaller or bigger?

This all works, but the table width can only be 770 pixels.
If the menu structure is going to be wider than 770 pixels it has got to be devided into 2 or more lines.Is it possible to determine the pixels word by word?Or is there another possibility?On Google I read it would be possible in java, php,Only I didn't find anything that refers to ASP.
if there is a way in ASP, to calculate with of a string of text in pixels. The result is to be used to set table width so that texts don't get wrapped to second line.

When using Request.ServerVariables("URL") anything after the filename (such as a #section1 to jump to an area on the page or data submitted from a form using the GET method) is automatically removed. I do not know of any keys for the Request.ServerVariables collection that do this, but cannot find any other objects/properties that would be appropriate.

I doubt it, but before I did it manually, I thought I'd ask. We use a template of sorts, but need one document to use the full URL, and it would better to just have it that way in the one document and not the entire template.

I would like to know how could I get the full Active Directory domain name
from the Logon_User variable.
I always get the netbios name of the domain, but I need the full domain name
to be able to distinguish users (because actually there is two companies on
the intranet having their AD forest linked, but also having some subdomains
with identical netbios name !).
I mean, for instance for a user login "theuser" coming from the domain is
"thedomain.thecompany.com", I need to get in Logon_User environement variable
the following content: "thedomain.thecompany.com heuser"
At the moment I only get "thedomain heuser", excepted if I switch to basic
authentication, that I don't want.
I am not sure that asp is a right place for that question, so gurus will move it to proper section. But as soon as I display images using aspupload the solution probably will be also in asp. My question is if the text file does not have anything in it or is equal to a certain value like "No Updates Available" how can I tell the ASP page not to display the table at all?

I have several pictures (many hundreds) that I would like to display on my homepage - a new one each day. I have tried several scripts but many of them only allow for 7 images (one for each day of the week) or one for every day in a month.
Are there any scripts that will just accept a long list of images and display the next one on the list until it gets to the end and begins again?
I have 6 list boxes and it may or may not have data from db to get fill in.
so what happens is whatever has data that comes to the size of the maximum length of the data in that list box and others comes as very small width as there are no data.
but what i want is all list boxes width should be of moderate size.
how can i make those empty list boxes appear as moderate size.
I dont have an option to put an default item in the db to load with that

the width of the table column is dominated by the top row contents. When the data from my Access tables exceeds the cell width, it gets knocked down to the second line, which makes it a bit hard to distinguish each row. I did not set width anywhere in the file. Is there a way to force everything appears in the same line?

I have an html page that displays my pictures, but as there are many of
them which are large and my bandwidth is restricted I want to download
them and display them one at a time. Currently it the client tries to
download them all at the same time, or four at a time. This slows down
the downloads to an unbearable rate.
Is there a component that allows you detect when an image has been
downloaded and then allow a trigger to start downloading the next one?
