IIS (Partitioning Of HD)

how I can run IIS on Windows Media Centre 2005? I can install it but it will not run. I think I need Win XP pro. Do you know how I could find advice on the best way to partition my hard drive and install XP Pro on partition & IIS? Could I use partition magic? Or is there a better alternative?
