Query Number Of Fields Error

Please look over this code and tell me why I keep getting this 'Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.' error.

Set rowcreation=connectionToDatabase.Execute("INSERT INTO hotlines(user_ip,date_time_opened) VALUES('" & user_ip & "," & date_time_opened & "')")

Number Of Query Values And Destination Fields Are Not The Same.

[Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.]

This file has worked with another project of mine but can't understand why it doesn't work with my current project.
I've look at the fields being queried and the fields being inserted and they are exactly the same. I basically made a copy of the main table and called it an archive table. So this is just taking out of the main table and inserting into an archive table. Code:

Query To Return Minimal Product Of Two Fields

To return a minimal price of a bottle of vodka stored in field "price" I
can call MIN function .

However this price ignores the size of the bottle.
Bottle types and sizes are stored in a different table called "Bottles"

Suppose I wanted to get a product with the minimal price per litre.
Obviously I have to multiply the bottle price by the bottle size.

Can I do it in one query which will fetch the minimal per/liter price?

Error Line Number

I have a page that whenever an error occur, I send an email to support
with the error description, script name, server, referer, etc...

However, I want to add the line number to the email message. So far, I
have found that you would have to modify the custom error (500;100) on
the IIS to point to your own error page to be able to use the
Server.GetLastError object.

Does anyone know if there is a way out there that does not require
changing the IIS settings?

VBScript Runtime Error (with No Line Number)

I am getting this error:

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A000D)
Type mismatch: 'sid'
/beta/files/index.asp

There is no line number, and there is absolutely nothing on that page
using sid, and I mean not even a word, or even part of a word, in that
document or any of the include documents.

I have put the files from the production server back from the past
three days, and I am still getting this error.

It happened very suddenly, when I was made a change to a css file.
Yes, I know that CSS is client side and has no effect whatsoever on the
server, but there it is.

Does anyone have a clue about this? All the Googling has resulted in
errors with line numbers. Heck, if there were a line number, I
wouldn't be posting here - I'd fix it.

ASP SQL Query Error With Data Types

I am trying to use a query to filter SQL Server 2000 records by a date
value.

Here is relevant columns in my database table (tblContent):

title [nvarchar]
starting [smalldatetime]

.... and here is my query:

Query = "SELECT title FROM tblContent WHERE starting = '" & date & "'"

I've done exactly this query on numberous occassions in the past with no
problems at all but this time I get the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E07)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The conversion of char data
type to smalldatetime data type resulted in an out-of-range smalldatetime

What on earth is going on? I'm not using a char data type anywhere! I am
doing all the initial development locally and I have just installed XP
Service Pack 2. I realise it's unlikely, but that's the only thing I can
possibly attribute it to. Or am I just missing something obvious?
