I need to run Arin Whois from ASP page, get results and email them. I have no idea how to do that.

Whois Domain Search
I want to use the Whois search DLL on this page, but:
1. Do I need the other files on that page as well?
2. Where do I put the Whois.DLL once I've downloaded it?
3. Can I open an ASP file on my computer like ant HTML file, or will I need a server like Apache running?
Parsing WHOIS Results
I'm trying to lookup IP information from a WHOIS server and then pick out info from the result. Normally all the info I need is in the first 10 lines or so of about a five page result. Any ideas how I'd go about doing this using ASP?
have looked at the various components that do IP lookups for you but we don't want to go down that route if poss.
