Obtain URL From ASP
I need to obtain the domain from server side code.
Request.Servervariables("URL") doesn't work well... it miss the domain name.
I tried to use the WScript.NetWork object but the domain is not visible.

I'm trying to build a part of an application that will use an include file based on a user's selection (still in ASP 3.0!). Their selection is stored in a database. I've tried using variables as either the entire include file or in parts of the include file, but nothing I've tried works - I.e.:

Using WMI And ASP To Obtain Remote Client Info
I'm trying to obtain remote client information to present on a web page using WMI. The problem I have is that no matter how hard I try (and how cross-eyed I get from reading doco) I can't seem to get access to the remote client owing to error 800a0046 - which seems to be a General Access Denied (according to related events in the System Event Log).
I've tried configuring the virtual directory as a highly isolated application, then chaning the account under which it runs to one which has the necessary server access, but with no luck. I've even confirmed via the Component Management console that the process is running under the nominated account. Code:
How Can I Obtain A List Of Available Server Objects WITHOUT Admin?
I am trying to build a site for a group which already has a hosting company.
I would like to try to find out which objects are available for use to me.
I do not have admin access to the NT box. Obviously I have permissions in
my area of the server.

The form works in Firefox, which is what I use for testing. So either the
format is wrong, or IE doesn't like the spaces or something. It doesn't
matter which dates I use, I get the same results.
XML-format
At the moment I'm entering a new record in my database for every pageview (the record holds several things like IP, useragent..etc). I think this is asking too much of my database, and I get a lot of errors all the time.
Perhaps I should switch to entering each 'record' into a XML-file, and use that for my statistics? Any disadvantages, performance issues?

Format E-mail
I use an ASP mail object to send orders filled online to a recipient via an e-mail. I would like to know if it's possible to format the way the order looks in an e-mail? I tried the following, but see no change in the format:

StrBody = H1 + Request(OrderNum) + vbCrLf
Then I get Order Type: just as plain as it would come if it didn't have any formatting.
If I do the following:

Then I get <b>OrderType:</b> as the heading.
Does anyone know if it's possible to format the way the text look in an e-mail that is sent using the ASP Mail Object? Is there a different way of controlling the format/appearance of the text that appears in an e-mail?

In one of my asp webpage,i am fetching the data from a XML file and which indeed is fetching data from mySql database.

I have and XSL page that transforms my XML data from MSSQL. The way I display datetime variable from XML within XSLT is:
<xsl:value-of select="ms:format-time(Modified, 'h:mm tt')" />
Which is fine, except it gives me time in UCT, when I need it in Eastern (-5 GMT) time.
XML actually has the correct data and it shows -5, but XSLT will only display UCT. How can I fix that?
