Perfect Guide

I am very much interested in learning web development with ASP. I want to start from basics with asp as it makes concepts / foundation strong to further work in ASP/ASP.net technologies and so on.

I tried with ASP book, but i find it difficult to learn on my own with the help of a book, and i need a good fruitful guidance for learning asp step-by-step (i am working as pl/sql and Visual basic developer from last 7-8 years).
