i am trying to disable windows key shortcuts to my exam.asp page.i dont want the user to be allowed to be able to close the application.i have opened the page in a framless mode...nothing the user can do with the mouse. now with the keyboard...you guessed it right! i have learned through my search on the internet that VB uses winapi and delphi uses some other method! or maybe the same! i need to know how to get to do this in jscript or vbscript.
I need all closing possiblities used by the keyboard...such as Ctrl+Esc which will bring the start menu and Alt+F4 and F1 and Ctrl+Alt+Del and windows icon and anything else that gives the user the way out of my framless page
When launching our application with Internet Explorer already opened, but not pointing to our web server, the session variables disappear. If you open I.E. after launching our app, it works fine. It also works fine if you have the option set to 'Reuse Windows for Lauching Shortcuts' checked in the I.E.
properties and launch our app from a shortcut, but it fails it you launch it from the I.E. favorites or some other method that won't take over the existing window. What I can't understand is what does the open I.E. window have to do with a session id that's been issued to our app from our web server?

During testing on my home PC running XP when any of the big blue buttons are clicked a new web page opens. If a team is selected from the drop-down list a new page opens with the selected team details in it.
However when deployed live, whenever any of the buttons are clicked, not only does the new window appear for that content, but also the new team page window appear with an error because no team has been selected.
Can anyone explain this, and more importantly advise how I make the live web site function as intended and how it does when testing.
