Calculate And Store Value Into String The User Selected And Keeping It Going

This is the first time we are using 2 different classes. This is the code I have so far. What I am having trouble is doing the calculations and storing the value into the planet the user selected and keeping it going. I will attach the instructions ....

I am trying to split a string into a String[] tokens array to declare variables for an object; however, I'm having an issue getting the string to tokenize correctly. Here's an example of the input:
a : 100 : John Smith : 20 Main St. a : 101 : Mary Jones : 32 Brook Rd.
Here is the basic code I have now, to properly sort each line of text, etc. (without the split() method):

I was able to eliminate the comments and identifiers from the text by trimming the first two characters of the string. For the split, I tried String[] tempArray = currentLine.split("s+"); however, that also took the spaces out of the addresses and names...so the results looked like this:
100 John Smith 20 Main St.
As you can see, it splits via space regardless, including where I replaced all the :'s with spaces. Is there any way to do this?
I was wondering how can I calculate total age in months and store it as variable? this is what I have so far:

I just learned about 2D arrays and am still trying to get a grasp on the concepts. I'm a little confused by how you return all the values in a row to add up and display the sum if the row is entered by the user.

I have to use the company's login resource, which returns a login page for authentication after a browser/user page request; after successfully authenticated, the session attributes are set in a (remote) valued object (VO) invoked via servlet; then, such values are set in my (local) POJO.
I want to display the current user session attribute (see xChave below) and save it in database. How can I persist http User session attributes through the structure below?

I'm playing with vectors for the first time... What I'm trying to do is to allow a user to input one or more integers and store them in a vector for manipulation later on in the program... Here's the portion of the program I'm working with:

My question is this: Is there any way to move from inputting integers to printing them, without entering a non-integer (for example, hitting enter)? I looked at the API for the Vector class, and either I'm not thinking about the problem the right way to be able to find an answer, or it's just not there.

However, instead of putting all the information in the main, you should use a class called PrintIt. The PrintIt class should have an instance variable that is an array to hold the numbers. what i want as an number is being able to print out 10 numbers but this only lets me do two numbers. Why is that so?
I'm supposed to take an input from the user and calculate the value of pi using this formula: 1/1 - 1/3 + 1/5 - 1/7 etc... so on alternating between minus and plus and denominator increasing by 2 every time. If the user inputs the number 3, then it should print (1/1 - 1/3 + 1/5 - 1/7 + 1/9) *4. The idea here is that the higher the input of the user is, the higher the equation will be close to pi.

I have to create a program that calculates the nth Fibonacci number and returns that to the user. Fibonacci said his number sequence would describe the ideal breeding patterns of immortal rabbits. So, you are going to make this vision a reality.
First, take in a numeric value from the user and calculate that value in the fibonacci series. Next, find an image of a rabbit and display the image on a GUI (put the image as an icon on a label!) the number of times returned by the algorithm (Put all the aforementioned labels on one panel with FlowLayout!).
You need to remove the old images from the Panel. Probably the easiest way to do this is to create a whole new panel and remove the old one (hint: the remove method of JPanel should come in handy)
You could use an array of JLabels You will need to create a new JLabel and add each member of the array to the panel I should be able to scroll to see any images that are off screen

Alright so after doing some googling and watching tutorials I managed to put together the first two but I still don't exactly understand how nested for loops work, however just a single loop I do understand.
Secondly, the 3rd and 4th prints are completely destroying my brain using for loops, which we are supposed to use. Check out my code below, also keep in mind the 3rd is giving errors and the 4th i had to revert back to the same as the first print temporarily because my code because so messed up. How to understand nested for loops better.

Compiling: error for myS.printSub3 and myS.printSub4 is the same as 1 because i had to revert it after ruining the code.
I have a college question ask me to write a class StringRevert which does the following:

How do you use power of math. I'm trying to write a calculator to calculate the volume of a cylinder by asking the user to enter the height and radius but when I use pow(2) it doesn't work.
