I have a PrimeFaces page with a calendar component on it. Radio buttons on that page work fine and call the setter method on the back end. The Calendar however doesn't call the setter. The getter method is called on page display.I'm using the PrimeFaces v 5.0 jar file.

I'm writing a program that acts as a 'pocket' where the user is able to enter a kind of coin, such as, a quarter and the amount of quarters it has. I was assigned to do 3 different class, the Coin Class in which the coins and their values can be instatiated from, a Pocket Class, where I have to write a method that can add the coins of the user (basically the method would act like ArrayList .add() ) and the PocketClass tester. I have already written most of the code, but I am stuck as to how I could write the following method:

If I have a method that creates a new variable (the name of which is a string argument for the method). Can I get that variable to appear in the workspace in the variables pane?
So instead of just using return to output the variable how do I get in that variables pane?
I am trying to set my setter and getter various times o that I can store a name, price and value but i can only set it once. Once i try to set again the previous entry resets.I have tried

For this to work I would have to keep adding list.add. I have been assigned with a task to have a class which has the methods setImage and getImage. These methods are meant to set the ImageIcon by using the url taken from another class and the getImage method is meant to return the ImageIcon that was set before hand. The problem is that i'm not really familiar with ImageIcon so the code in both my methods is giving out errors and i just can't figure out why. Heres the code in the class that has the setImage and getImage methods:

I hope I'm putting this question in the right folder. I have an array of objects, and I have defined a setter for a variable in the object. When I call the setter, I get a NullPointerException. Here is the relevant code for the object.

This makes sense as I obviously didn't do anything in order to get it in a String format for the array. But I do not understand this still - how would I get the constructor to output a string (to then be in the array?)
I am trying to create a method that prints the square root of a number up to a certain number. It needs to take a single int parameter for example "n" , and then print all of the (positive) even perfect squares less than n, each on a separate line.
