Decryption - Data Must Not Be Longer Than 128 Bytes
Oct 21, 2014
Button Code:
private void DecryptBActionPerformed(java.awt.event.ActionEvent evt) {
// TODO add your handling code here:
final String plainText;
if (!areKeysPresent()) {
// Method generates a pair of keys using the RSA algorithm and stores it
// in their respective files
generateKey();
[Code] ....
Everytime throwing exception "javax.crypto.IllegalBlockSizeException: Data must not be longer than 128 bytes" in decrypt method.
I'm using Netbeans IDE and Glassfish application server. I have a JSF CRUD application running with a MySQL database and everything was fine until I was asked to be able to sort a column whose MySQL datatype was Varchar.
Here is my Model for Vehicles:
/* * To change this template, choose Tools | Templates * and open the template in the editor. */
So I changed the datatype to Integer and updated my source code to change the column from String to Integer. When the list displays every thing seems good and the rows are sorted according to the column whose datatype I changed to Integer.
However when I then tried to edit nothing works and I get HTTP Status 505 from Glassfish with the error message
javax.servlet.ServletException: HV000030: No validator could be found for type: java.lang.Integer
Which is considered clearer and better for naming?
class SpeedAnimation { //rate to increment frames at 0 speed public float baseIncrementRate; //additional rate to increment frames at, scaled by the speed public float speedIncrementMultiplier; //current fractional frame index public float currentFrameIndex; //give the upper and lower index bounds to animate between public int startingIndex; public int endingIndex; }
vs.
class SpeedAnimation { //rate to increment frames at 0 speed public float base; //additional rate to increment frames at, scaled by the speed public float multiplier; //current fractional frame index public float index; //give the upper and lower index bounds to animate between public int start; public int end; }
I've always been really elaborate with my names, because I thought that being more descriptive is more precise and lowers the chance that names might clash with each other, but then I noticed that a lot of my code becomes really lengthy and tiring to read, ie.:
I am trying to add two bytes together in binary. The problem is that I need to print the carryover also. The printed result should be 8-bits long if the byte or the integer converted in binary is less than 8-bits the empty space should be filled with 0-s. I figured out how to print and add them, the part with the filling the blank with 0-s too. how to print the carryover. For example:
byte x =15; byte y =9; the output will be :
00011110 - carryover x 00001111 y + 00001001 __________________
00011000 - result
import java.util.Scanner; public class Addbytes { public static void main(String args [])
First project here and it has been a steep learning curve. I have some code in the TwoWaySerialComm class that will write to a Com port. In my other class EBIAlarm i have my GUI. The aim of my app is the send strings out of the Com port by pressing Jbutton1-3 I can open the Com port but I don't know how to send the string.
I am designing a program in-order convert Binary to Decimal values with added features:
Rejecting binary values longer than 32 bits
Prompting the user to make multiple entries after completing the binary to decimal conversion of their first entry. I was trying to code this in Nested For Loops, but I don't know if I've really done that.
Here is what i have so far.
public class BinaryToDecimal { public static void main(String[] args){ Scanner scan = new Scanner(System.in); String binary; int decimal=0b10, i, rem; boolean isBinary = true;
I want to encrypt and decrypt a txt file by using PGP.I completed my PGP Encryption.I'm getting an error in PGP Decryption. The error msg as follows
Quote:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid PGP message at com.newpackage.bouncy.PGPUtils.getDataList(PGPUtil s.java:502) at com.newpackage.bouncy.PGPUtils.decryptFile(PGPUtil s.java:198) at com.newpackage.bouncy.PGPFileProcessor.decrypt(PGP FileProcessor.java:56) at com.newpackage.bouncy.Tester.testDecrypt(Tester.ja va:46) at com.newpackage.bouncy.Tester.main(Tester.java:61)
I am getting this error in the following line of my code.
PGPObjectFactory factory=new PGPObjectFactory(PGPUtil.getDecoderStream(is)); =>> Object obj=factory.nextObject();//here i am getting obj as null if (obj == null) { //System.out.println("Invalid PGP Message"); //System.exit(0);
I want to create a java program that can be encrypt-decrypt alphabet from characters . Which is the shifting of the alphabet is starting from the the first character to increase 4 and 5 increased in the second character, increasing 6 at the third character, and so on..
Then when one of the characters increasement is more than the ascii code of 'z', that character will decrease from the variable i from the loop. This is the output of the program that i want:
Java Code: String s = "111100100111011011000010110011101"; mh_sh_highlight_all('java');
I am trying to convert that to bits/bytes.
I need to make that into a series of bits with the same exact values..."1" = a 1 bit, and "0" = a 0 bit.
Remarkably, I haven't been able to find much on this sort of conversion - possibly I am just not searching with the right keywords? As typically, stackexchange or other parts of the web have the same question that I have, asked (and answered) by many others.
How do I go about doing this?
Furthermore, how would I go about saving this to a file - and are there already good "kinds" of files to save this into. If not, how do I go about making my "own" type of "file."
CONTEXT:
I've written a compression system. To keep things simple, I've been using a string to hold the 1s and 0s, so that debugging is simpler, and overall, everything is easier to write. Now, however, my algorithm is finished - and I'm moving on to create a GUI and a working system. This is the last step that I need for the non-GUI stuff (which I'm writing through javafx by the way - is this the right thing to use? I've been told that that is where people are moving towards. Away from swing).
I need to encrypt/decrypt file contents using RSA . But the default nature of RSA I could not upload files larger than 177 bytes for key length 1024 bytes . How it can avoid , I look it for a 100 times yet...
I have to write an encryption/decryption program for a sentence entered by the user that uses arrays. Here is my code so far. I'm kind of lost on what to do next in the code.
import java.util.Scanner;
/*Program that encrypts then decrypts a sentence Encryption */ public class Encryption extends java.swing.JFrame{
For this week's assignment, I am supposed to create a java program that encrypt's a user's sentence, outputs the encrypted message, then decrypts the message, outputting the user's original message.
This is what I have so far. It doesn't compile the last few lines since that is not correct Java syntax.
Java Code:
import java.util.Scanner; import java.io.*; public class Decrypter { public static void main(String[] args) { String sentence; final char REAL_ALPHA[] = { 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd', 'e', 'f', 'g', 'h',
[Code] .....
So you can see I have "realAlpha" which are regular letters of the alphabet, and "codeAlpha" which are the letters I want to encrypt with. I want 'a' equal to 'z,' 'b' equal to 'y', 'c' equal to 'x' and so forth in that sort of reverse order, you know? So the word "apple" would encrypt into "zkkov."
I am stuck as to how to replace the letters in this way. You can see I tried fumbling with sentence.replace to switch the letters out between the two arrays. Also, I only barely understand arrays.
I am creating 2 different java codes for encryption and decryption separately based on RSA algorithm. The codes also involve swings for GUI. The problem with these codes are that my string is getting encrypted but after decrypting it,i do not get the string rather i get string of random numbers and alphabets. I am posting both the codes.
Encryption code:
import java.math.BigInteger; import java.util.Random; import java.io.*; import javax.swing.*; import java.awt.*; import java.awt.event.*; public class cipher implements ActionListener
[Code] ....
Now the decryption code
import java.math.BigInteger; import java.util.Random; import java.io.*; import javax.swing.*; import java.awt.*; import java.awt.event.*; public class decipher implements ActionListener
[Code] ....
The screenshots for respective codes are as attachments ....
Whenever i perform any operation in my application Live Bytes of a particular Instance of a class increases by 1000.Although i perform the same operation everytime it always increases by 100 or 1000.Is this a memory leak or does these instances increase everytime we perform an operation.
I am getting error message on Java code that was developed by someone else and is supposed to work.
public String decrypt(String password) { try { // create the key and parameter spec KeySpec keySpec = new PBEKeySpec(password.toCharArray(), salt, interactions); SecretKey key = SecretKeyFactory.getInstance(keyFormat).generateSecret(keySpec); AlgorithmParameterSpec paramSpec = new PBEParameterSpec(salt, interactions); // create the cipher
[code]...
the error message is as follows: Access restriction: The type 'BASE64Decoder" is not API (restriction on required library '/usr/lib64/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0/jre/lib/rd.jar')I am using eclipse.
I am trying to put together an encryption/decryption application that will essentially accept a sentence that is submitted, and spit out the encrypted version and then switch it back to the correct sentence. I have been told to nest my information in the class (rather than the main), but am having difficulty actually understanding how to do this. The error that Eclipse is throwing me is also that it "could not find the main class." Here is my code:
import java.util.Arrays; import java.util.Random; public class encryptingWords { public static void main(String[] args) { final int ALPHASIZE = 26; final char[] Lalpha =
I've written most of the code (along with another classmate) to get this to work, but I can't seem to return the encrypted value. I'm also trying to figure out how to separate the digits (or if I'm supposed to) to make the numbers encrypted. The main kicker is that we have to be using methods to return the final values. Everything compiles, (It compiles, but no results really.)
A company wants to transmit data over the telephone, but they are concerned that their phones may be tapped. All of their data is transmitted as four-digit integers. They have asked you to write a program that will encrypt their data so that it may be transmitted more securely. Your program should read a four-digit integer number and encrypt it as follows: Replace each digit by the remainder after (the sum of that digit plus 7) is divided by 10. Then, swap the first digit with the third, and swap the second digit with the fourth. Then print the encrypted integer. Do the encryption in a method and send the encrypted number back to main.
Here are the method headers: public static int encrypt(int num) // Takes num as a parameter and returns the encrypted value public static int getnum() // gets one number from the user Example: If the user enters 1234 they should see: 0189
import java.util.Scanner; //Needed for Scanner class public class LNFI_LNFI_program2 { public static void main(String[] args) { getnum(); //Calls for getnum() method
One of the random number generators in Java extract the higher-order bits of the random number in order to get a longer period.
I'm not sure if I understand how this is done. Suppose that the random number r = 0000 1100 1000 1101. If we extract the 16 most significant bits from r; is the new number r = 0000 1100 or r = 0000 1100 0000 0000?
when open file "rahul.txt"so it shows characters which i stored not byte code i want to stored in file byte code. Now i have a problem for file handling it is not store bytes into myfile. it stores character not bytes.
package com.fileh; import java .io.* public class Writedata { public static void main(String args[]) { try{ FileOutputStream fout= new FileOutputStream("rahul.txt"); String s="my name is rahul"; byte[] b =s.getBytes(); fout.write(b); fout.close();
[code]....
and second problem is that when i use FileInputStream to read file rahul.txt so it did not read .
I would like to understand how does multipart/form-data works during file upload scenario's, Does it chunks the data from client to server while transferring the files ?
I'am trying to converting string data into xml data using xml beans and StringEscapeUtils.This is work fine but in one case it if the data contains special characters.
Code snippet -------------------- import org.apache.commons.lang3.StringEscapeUtils; import org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException; import org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlObject; public class ParseXMLData { public static XmlObject parseXML(String stringXML) { XmlObject xmlObject = null;
[Code] ....
success case --------------------------- i/p------<aaa><bbb>This converts string to xml</bbb></aaa> o/p---<aaa><bbb>This converts string to xml</bbb></aaa>
Failer case ----------------- i/p----<aaa><bbb>This fails if it contains < symbols</bbb></aaa> expected o/p----<aaa><bbb>This fails if it contains < symbols</bbb></aaa>
Observed that it converts < to '<' but as per xml rules, if data contains '< ' it fails. I want to convert staring and end tags to xml format and if data in b/w middle of starting and ending tags do'n need to convert it. How to do it.
Is there a way to inform the Entity Manager or force the JPA provider to reload data from the database? The scenario could be data being updated by a store procedure or direct SQLPlus maintenance, without restarting the Application Server, the JPA need to load the newly updated data from the database.
I think the current JPA API is not enough. The void refresh(java.lang.Object entity) from EntityManager need to pass in the Entity object, I will like to know how to refresh the entire JPA Entity data after the physical table data being update from backend.
