I made a method which takes values from a data set and finds out which one is the highest value. When it finds the highest value, it returns the country which is associated with the value. Here's the data set.

So if the number was 5951.13 then the program would return USA. How do I do that? I've already started on trying to get this code to work but it doesn't seem to compiler so what's wrong with it?

So in this program, which is a grading program, I am trying to compare all the students averages to find who has the highest one and list the grades and the student's names from least to greatest. Yes, I see there are other problems in the program but it is nowhere near finished.

The purpose of this function is to use a Movie object and a binary search tree to find all movies that have been read in through a file that have a certain rating (G,PG,PG-13,R). The error I am getting is that it seems I am not traversing fully through the tree and therefore only some movies with the rating I search for are output, not all of them with that rating. I have tried figuring out why this is happening and at first I thought my tree was unbalanced, but I am sure it is simply because I am not traversing the tree correctly. I think my implementation in the main is close to what I need but it needs some tweaking. This is my BST class which I created and required to use for this purpose.

So I have created this program but I am having a couple of small problems with it. The first problem is that the user inputted numbers should all be on the same line. I have spent hours trying to figure this out and I have looked online but I've had no luck. The second problem is that the "lowest score" should be 42 and not 42.0. I don't understand how to make it so the number is an integer. I have posted the output that i'm getting and the way the output should look like at the bottom.

I am trying to write a method that returns the busiest hour in a logAnalyzer class that read web server data and analyze hourly access patterns and stores them in an array. My problem is, in order to get the busiest hour, I need to go through the hourCounts array to find the element with the biggest count.
I'm very new to Java and ran into a problem. My results are not in order and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have to create a program that asks a user to enter an amount for rows and an amount for columns. After they input both amounts, they must fill in the matrix with values (values of double data type). After they enter the values, the program is suppose to search the matrix for the element with the highest value. Once it is found, the user will be prompted with the location of the highest value within the array. I got it to work as to where the user inputs the values and he/she will receive a location of an element. However what they receive is incorrect.
For example
"Enter number of rows: 3 Enter number of columns: 4 Enter values: 23.5 6 13 2 1 5 6 3 7 5 9 2"
Once they enter the last value, they will be prompted with
"The highest element is located in 34".
As you can tell, the highest element is located in 01. I think when the user is prompted with the values that they enter for the rows and columns. How can I modify my code as to where it shows the actual location of the highest value?
