How To Change Value In Array Through User Input And Print Out Result

I have to do a small program about parking. In the 2-d array (parking lot), contains different kinds of cars, the user have to :
1)enter which car he wanna move,
2)what direction (w,a,s,d) and after that,
3) how many moves( not out of bound) he wants to make, and finally
4) we print out the new parking lot for his next move
And i am stuck at how to move the car to corresponding position and then prompt user for the next move?
For example:
I want to move A to the right by 1 (d)

I am creating a simple Symptom Checker application. The problem I have is that I'm trying to retrieve user input (JTextField) by comma's using StringTokenizer which contacts the database for a result which matches the user's input (SELECT * FROM DIAGNOSIS WHERE ?, ?, ?) . It successfully finds the correct result however only in a particular format. Not different combinations....
for example, if I enter say within the JTextField: "tearful, nausea, lack of motivation" it will find the result successfully (as that is how it is formatted within the particular column (in the database table) i wish to display a result from) however, if i enter a different combination of these symptoms: "nausea, lack of motivation, tearful" - it will not find any result. I'm very unsure how to make it work regardless of what is inputted first, second or last.

So I'm learning java from a website and I was tasked with creating a simple program which allows the user to enter a series of integers, then finally when they decide to input a non-integer the program will print the maximum and minimum values of the integers they entered. So for example if they entered 5, 4, 3 and 2 then enter a non-integer the program would output 5 (maximum value), then 2 on a new line (minimum value).

I had to make a program that allowed the user to enter the number of students and the students names and grades and then print out the name with the grade in descending order. right now I only have it where it prints the names out in descending order. how do I get it the print out with the grade?

I am trying to do a simple noughts and crosses game. I have displayed a board using a 2 dimensional array and display it using a for loop. The array is of type int. I am working on an assignment where I initially have to take as input a number. That number will be the number of strings the user is going to type. As they are typed, they are to be sorted alphabetically, then printed. It took me a while to get this far, and I am stuck on how to properly invoke the other methods in main. I need to pass user input from the main method, which is then validated using another method that is returned as a valid score, and then I pass the valid input to another method that stores the data in an array. The array is initialized within the method. I tried to use an if-else statement to initialize the array, because I originally did this at the beginning of the method. I have printed the result of my program into an output file.
For some reason I can't figure out how to get the file output.txt to actually print.
I've tried printing it like I would normally print a file but it's not working.

I am trying to write a code that asks the user to input ten numbers and then finds and displays the smallest number out of the ones given. I am supposed to implement arrays into the program to do this. But the problem I have run into is that when I compile the code in jgrasp, I am given several error messages and I am not quite sure what I have done wrong. I'm assuming it is either a syntax or a logical error on my part but reading over the code I do not understand what is causing these errors.

The 0 should have been 2341, or whatever I input. What am I doing wrong?
I tried to move line 21 : (System.out.println("The reverse of " +n+ " is "+reverse);
Above the while loop, but instead get:
The reverse of 2341 is 0
How can I get my input and my result together in the same line?
