JSP :: How To Display Multiple SQL Queries On One Page Using JSTL

I am new to JSTL and JSP & I am running 2 seperate SQL queries from a java/jsp program and I need to display the results from both queries on one JSP page output.Currently I have java code that passes the 2 queries to a method along with passing the jsp files to output the query results
- the method dispatches the results to these 2 JSP pages using JSTL tags in hope for separate output results:
I need to have a way to display these 2 outputs into 1 jsp page: - currently one just overwrites the other.I also tried using the jstl core <c: tags in 2 separate methods on the same jsp page but the <c: tags just resulted in overwriting one another - The queries run and display fine except I cannot get them both to display correctly.using jstl and jsp for displaying multiple queries on the same page.example: the jsp file that runs the queries:

I am new to JSP . I am Using Jdeveloper UDI to create JSP Pages.
My main idea in creating JSP to display data from one or more tables.
I created 2 pages called Serverpage.jsp and Messagecount.jsp and it is working fine as expected,
Now i want to create home page and it should also have left navigation menu and it should contain MessageCount and MessageStatus.
When i click on Messagecount or MessageStatus my home page should refresh and have to display new JSP page (MessageCount.jsp or Serverpage.jsp)

I have one problem regarding Running Multiple queries parallely and storing results in resultsets . I have multiple queries but I need to executing all at a time without having to wait for one query to complete execution and then run another as there are 2 queries say query1 takes 10 mins and hence query2 should also start simultaneously and not wait for query 1 for completion.

ResultSet rs=null;
PreparedStatement ps =con.prepareStatement(query1);
rs=ps.executeQuery();
ps =con.prepareStatement(query2);
rs1=ps.executeQuery();

The above one is time consuming and second implementation using branch i wont be able to resolve it to result set using execute batch. Considering there are multiple select queries and the number of queries to be executed are dynamic and unknown and all the data from the queries are needed. Any leads to perform all these by running multiple threads simantaneously.

I have i am trying to implement tooltip through javascript, like when we click on an image link tooltip should be displayed and it should have close button/ close image to close that tooltip.like the same way i will have multiple images on page, when ever i click on the images all tooltips should be displayed on the page when ever i want to close that then only it should close through close button on tooltip.can we do it through java script or will go for jquery.

I want to validate the user session everyone when ever the request comes for any jsp page. I am able to validate the user in a filter for the first time. But i am confused what would happen when the request comes for other pages...how will i be able to get the same session from the server?

I need to pass advanced object into controller from JSP page, but I always get null result.It's a controller method:

I have index.jsp in that page logout is available. while hitting the button . i want to invalidate all the session variable which i used. but it is not happening.

We have a requirement that we need to have text area/text box on screen to accept multiple languages like (Spanish and russian) that means user can able to enter their text data either in any language like english,russian and spanish(It should be possible to enter the comments in russian and spanish languages). we had a requirement to display a combobox which is filled with some values on the webpage when somebody checks the checkbox which is present on the webpage.
The approach we have taken is ajax. how we did this is, when somebody checks the checkbox on the webpage we are initiating the ajax call requesting a servlet. this servlet pulls the data from the database, places the data in the request and forwards the request to a jsp. In that jsp i am writing simple html combobox and populating the values in the combobox from the request using JSTL and this jsp will be sent as response to ajax call. The ajax gets the html as responce which contains a combobox and i am just placing that html ( the complete response) in a div which is next to checkbox.
In this approach there is lot of pain. if i have to display 10 html components dynamically based on some condition then i have to have 10 jsp's one for each component. I always feel this is a wrong way of doing things. what is the best approach to deal with the dynamic stuff on webpages.

I'm new to JSP but I've to use it to grab data coming from an external site, pass data to a Bean, write data in a DB and redirect the user to another page. Follow the JSP page.

my Servlet as I would like my Servlet to run first and to create a session var then forward the value to the JSP (the GUI ) and have the JSP able to send a var back to the Servlet for reprocessing and update the session var to again be sent to the JSP and so on . - The Servlet contains logic to handle incorrect input types and directly out puts a HTML error page..

I need assigning the selected hashmap values into a list and to display the values in a jsf page. The user will select certificates and will be stored in the below list:
private List<String> selectedCertificates = new ArrayList<String>();
The selectedCertificates will have the values ("AA","BB"). Now I will be passing the list into a hashmap in order to get the names and to display them on the jsf page.
My code is below:

I have created two classes. The FrameViewer is my driver class, and Circle is my constructor.
The first problem is, the program seems to be creating both circles, but it only displays displaying the last added circle (in this case, circle2).
The second problem is, I want to pass the color I wish to use to the constructor, but I'm having problems figuring out the proper method to do so. In the constructor, I have assigned Color.BLUE as a default. On circle two, I want to override this color choice and assign Color.Orange. I am not having any luck setting this to work either.

This method must return a result of type String
Possible problem: the if-statement structure may theoretically allow a run to reach the end of the method without calling return. Consider adding a last line in the method return some_value; so a value is always returned.

I have a code to resize a single rectangle. I would like to display and resize multiple rectangles independently and according to my research on the net, the best way is to use an arraylist. So I modified the code in this sense, except ...when I run the code, the rectangles appear good but impossible to resize. I think the problem comes from mousePressed, Released, Dragged and Moved methods. When I use the mouse to resize the rectangle, nothing happens. The code does not interact with the arraylist, and therefore with rectangles it "contains". Resizing is my main class, the MouseAdapter is in the Resizer class (below).
