JSP :: Random List Of Links - Create Web Pages Dynamically

I have a random list of links whose title I am getting from the database. I'd like to catch one of these links when the user clicks one of them and process it from a single jsp file. Possible?
E.g.: when user clicks one of these links, can I dynamically call a web page that fetches information from the click and gets values from a database and insert it on JSP page....
I have a Java application and it uses various Freemarker templates to created Web pages for a Web site. Here is a snippet of one of my Freemarker templates that will display the fee description, fee charge, and an add button. The fee has to do with charges that pertain to automobiles. When I click on the "Add" button, I will be taken to another Web page. How would I send the fee.description and the fee.charge to the other page when I click on the "Add" button?
I am trying to write a program for a hairsalon, and I have a JDialog popup, where the user inputs the appropriate data for an appointment...
This includes a scrollpane with all the available services the hairsalon has to offer.
I create these checkboxes dynamically (using a for loop) after storing them in a Vector first

They are dynamically created for 2 reasons:
1) Many different services
2) User may add new ones over time...
The problem is I cannot reference them.
For example, if a lady wants to have a haircut and change her hair colour, 2 checkboxes will be checked... How can I know which ones are checked?
I have my code which will generate a random string using an ArrayList. However, I aso want to have it generate them in random lengths, not just using all the chars and numbers.
A "postings list" has a data field, a field for the next pointer and a jump field - the jump field points to any other node. The last node in the postings list has next set to null; all other nodes have non-null next and jump fields.
Implement a function that a postings list as input and returns a copy of the list, in O(n) time and O(1) storage beyond that required for the nodes in the copy. You may modify the original list but must return it to its original state before returning.
I was able to find a solution, but not one that runs in O(n) time.
I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to print random numbers from a an array list. I tried google but nothing worked. I have to pick certain values from two lists and print them on the screen. I have included comments in the code to facilitate the explanation.

I have a class project working on that is supposed to ask the user for input and create a random set of #'s in 4 rows. However it compiles but doenst run At one point Eclipse was telling me Scanner not closed?

I need to create a program that draws random numbers and stores them in an array. How many numbers to be drawn is dependent on the array length, which is a parameter in the class constructor. (The entire array to be filled!) The program shall, however, just save the figures are not drawn already. (Ie, the array must contain only one instance of each numeral.) All figures drawn should be in the range of 100 to 1000, both limits included. These limits are defined as named constants. When all the numbers are generated and stored in the array, the program should find the largest, smallest and average value of the numbers in the array. I need creating a code that will create random addition or subtraction from 0-500 depending on their grade level. I know how to create a random for the math and subtraction. I just dont know how to get it to change depending on their grade level. Example I need it to ask their name, grade level, addition or subtraction then five addition or subtraction questions depending on what they chose.
I am making a WebCrawler, and I am trying to work out a way to stop duplicate links from getting put in however ArrayList.contains() doesnt seem to be working for me can someone look at my code and see if I am doing something wrong? I have also tried variations of it such as

I'm trying to make a program that generates 20 random integers between 1 and 20 and then prints the list of random numbers to the screen. After that, I want to print a different list to screen with the same numbers from the first list only skipping any number that has been already printed to the screen. So two lists are printed to the screen. The first one has 20 random numbers. The second one has those same 20 numbers but only prints the numbers in the first list that aren't duplicated. So if m
y list of 20 random integers contains three 2s and two 14s, only one 14 and one 2 is printed to the second list. Currently, my code generates 20 numbers from 1 to 20 and stores those numbers in an array but I don't know how to print solve the second part of my problem. I don't know how to print the s different list only without duplicate numbers. As a result, my output is nothing because it doesn't print any number from the first list as oppose to skipping only duplicate one.

I would like to create a sub menu for every list item in a Jlist. I need the UI like avast interface. If we hover over an list item, its sub menu should be shown. I attempted to put an sub menu but didn't work. Is this possible in Swing?

I would like to create list of entities which is populated by a search function with the data coming from our REST webservice. However I would like it to be multi-line, with the first line being details from the entity itself and the second line buttons for options that can be performed.
So as an example say my entity is People, the first line would contain columns for first name, last name, gender, DOB, etc. The second line would be buttons for "Edit Person", "Print Person details". With the standard TableView I can't see anyway to alternate between one row of data and another row of buttons.
I am working on a project that requires me to build a database with random access file, representing products, the base product contains a name (about 30 characters), a price (double), and a quantity (integer). I have worked on this project for probably 15+ hours and have tried so many things and feel like I've barley made any progress...
The part i am really struggling with is taking the data from the text file and creating an object array with it using the product class. Once ive accomplished that, i have to use that data to create a random access file with the data. Here is the base Product class that must be used to create the objects for the array.

these continue for about 40-50 entries, they are not seperated by a blank line though i had to add those so it would display correctly, each entry is on its own line with name seperated with spaces, then price after a comma, then quanity after the second comma.....

I have a project I am currently working on using Primefaces and MySQL. I have a page that will display information queried from the database. I have textfields that will display the data from a given record. But I want to ensure that the displayed data cannot be altered. I decided on disabling the textfields unless the create or edit button were clicked. At which point all textfields will be enabled for editing, and cleared if create button was clicked. I want to push the disabling/enabling of the elements back to a managed bean, but I want to have the bean take in two lists or arrays, one containing all elements by ID and one containing a list of exempt elements. Is there a way I can create a List or Array of the ID's that I can send to the bean? I know little in Javascript and previous attempts to implement it have met with little success.
I want to create a list that would contain all and another that would contain the exemptions such as searchField, searchCriteria, searchButton, projectList and viewButton. The actual exemption list is far smaller than the list of all children. I have found sources that can disable the elements with a java bean, but I have not been able to find one that would allow me to define those that should and should not be disabled, then vice versa for enabling.
The program I'm supposed to create generates a random number between one to ten. Then the program is to ask me if I wish to cross the road. If you choose to cross, the outcomes for 0-2 are "You crossed safely." For 3-5, 75% of the time it should say "RIP you got run over", and 35% of the time it should say "You crossed the street." For 6-8, 60% of the time it should say you made it.", and 40% of the time it should say "You died". For 9-10, it should say "RIP".
