JSP :: Retrieve Resultset Data From Listbox

I have retrieve the data in listbox from my database already and now again i want to select the data from this listbox and query on it , is it possible?

For Ex i have listbox as follows

<select Name="drop_model" multiple="true">
<%

try {
Class.forName(driver).newInstance();
conn = DriverManager.getConnection(url,username,userPassword);
Statement stmt = conn.createStatement();

In this listbox some values are retrieved from database as

<option value="xyz">xyz</option>
<option value="pqr">pqr</option>
<option value="abc">abc</option>
<option value="lmn">lmn</option>

I want to select this values from listbox and query on them....
