Need Output To Display Whole Number

I need the output to display like this:

At Billy Goat's Restaurant, the price of our good tasting Hotdog is $1.50.

But it is output display is like this:

At Billy Goat's Restaurant, the price of our good tasting Hotdogis 1.5

In the second array i use a double, is that not correct?
