Program That Takes User Odd Number And Print Prime Numbers Lower Than User Input

I have been struggling with this program for weeks. This program is supposed to take a user's inputted odd number and then print out all prime numbers lower than that number.

Any better way to write a program that takes a user number input and the program determines whether or not the number is prime or not. It was suppose to be a number between 0 and 8,000,000.

I'm supposed to use a for loop that runs until it reaches the number input by the user, but I'm not sure how to tell the program to add the user's number along with all of the even numbers in between the user input and 2.
My program is user input 20 char and the program will print the most common. So I use another int arr which count the number appears in the original array. i know its not so Effective but I don't know why it run but it stop in the middle. I got this code :

I have been assigned to write a program that has a user input random numbers then the program is to sort them in different ways. I have the coding for the different sorts but, I have an error saying that I am missing a return statement in the "Bubble" method. I am trying to return "arr[i]" in the "for loop" which gives me this error, and when I try to take the "return arr[i]" outside of the "for()" loop the error reads the it cannot locate variable "i".

Ok so I have my program working for the most part. In this program I am supposed to take input from the user until they enter a negative number and that works, the problem is that it doesn't work if I enter a negative number on the first prompt. For example if I enter a 100 it would prompt me again and if I enter a negative number it would quit and give me the average, but if I enter a negative number the first time I am prompted the program just gives me an error. How do I fix that?

I am writing a program to reverse a user inputted number (Example - 54321 is 12345) The code works great minus the fact that if I input a number that begins with zero, the output will drop the zero. Would it make more sense to just set this up using strings?

I have to do a small program about parking. In the 2-d array (parking lot), contains different kinds of cars, the user have to :
1)enter which car he wanna move, 2)what direction (w,a,s,d) and after that, 3) how many moves( not out of bound) he wants to make, and finally 4) we print out the new parking lot for his next move

So I'm learning java from a website and I was tasked with creating a simple program which allows the user to enter a series of integers, then finally when they decide to input a non-integer the program will print the maximum and minimum values of the integers they entered. So for example if they entered 5, 4, 3 and 2 then enter a non-integer the program would output 5 (maximum value), then 2 on a new line (minimum value).

I had to make a program that allowed the user to enter the number of students and the students names and grades and then print out the name with the grade in descending order. right now I only have it where it prints the names out in descending order. how do I get it the print out with the grade?

I am trying to write a code that asks the user to input ten numbers and then finds and displays the smallest number out of the ones given. I am supposed to implement arrays into the program to do this. But the problem I have run into is that when I compile the code in jgrasp, I am given several error messages and I am not quite sure what I have done wrong. I have a beginning Java Program I have been working on that creates a number guessing program where the computer guesses a number that the user is thinking of within a certain range. I so far have the program below, but need getting rid of a few kinks/ adding features.
-First, I need to set it up so that the user will be prompted and give a range. It should run and produce something like this:

-Second, the game is supposed to give up and restart after failing the five, guesses, but for some reason, after it fails the fifth time, it prompts a fifth guess once again instead, then restarts after- I need to prevent this, so that it should look something like this:
