Reading In A File With BufferedReader / Using Tokenizer For Adding Into Adjacency Matrix

I am having trouble adding numbers read from a file with BufferedReader, using Tokenizer to split the numbers up by " " - space and adding them to an adjacency matrix.Below is the text file and my code, that I have at the moment.

In the constructor I create the BufferedReader using the FileReader and path to the input text file(in same dir as this project). When I am done reading I close it. In the debugger it is unable to read a single line, then goes to close the file.

I am working with an Adjacency Matrix to try to find the MST of a graph. Along the way I have hit a snag that I am not sure how to get around. When running the program I will parse through each row of the matrix and find the smallest weight. However when trying to reset the row at the end of the lowest sort I cannot move to the next row.
The graph looks like this:
My Matrix was created from the graph and I have determined by starting at Vertex W my path should looks like this:
W->R->D->H->G->S->C->B->A

So I'm having a problem with the .hasMoreElement() method. I try to read lineOfInput for a file which contains:
Hobbit, Long,t@gmail.com,475-555-4444,3
Long, Hobbit,b@yahoo.com,445-222-5342,2
Hobbit,Long,b@yahoo.com,465-222-5342,2
Help,Yerp,,455-222-2222,4
but when i get to the ,, on the last line I get a NoSuchElementException and the program crashes.

I have a 5x5 array of which I read from an external file and I am supposed to print out the original matrix and then add up each row and column, proceeding to store them into the sixth positions in my matrix. After that I print out the new matrix.
For example this just using a 2 by 2,

I am confused as to how to isolate rows and print them out. I know how to add the entire matrix up but isolation is my issue.

I am required to read user input to create two matrices which will eventually be added together. I am unsure as to how I can read the input from the user as an int and not a String. I'm trying to read a text file of a graph and print information about the graph including the order and size of the graph, rather it is a directed or undirected graph, if it is directed the in and out degree, and the and a list of all vertices for which it is adjacent. The problem is the adjacency list is just printing out the list of vertices instead of the adjacency list. Is there something in my code that is problematic? Also I'm unsure of how to go about the in and out degree

I should mention here that number of elements can be from 1....10'000. And it has to be done as O(N)
I attempted at the problem like so :

So I have this file in which has a few sentences on a single line. What I need to be able to do is read the file and then take each word and create a token out of it. Then what it does is it selects the first letter of every 5th word, uppercase it, and then allow me to use append it via a stringbuffer object to create a word out of it.
I know I'll need to use a string tokenizer but I'm not sure how to do so in a way that makes each word separate and how to tell it to only hit the 1st letter of every 5th word.
Here's what I've come up with so far, but I'm currently at a loss at what to do and my textbook/documentation is just not working.

I am working on a project that requires me to build a database with random access file, representing products, the base product contains a name (about 30 characters), a price (double), and a quantity (integer). I have worked on this project for probably 15+ hours and have tried so many things and feel like I've barley made any progress...
The part i am really struggling with is taking the data from the text file and creating an object array with it using the product class. Once ive accomplished that, i have to use that data to create a random access file with the data. Here is the base Product class that must be used to create the objects for the array.

I have created Jtable which stores images and Strings, I can SAVE the content to external file, however whenever I will try to load it back (below code) to JTable, it throws me an error. One field in the JTable uses renderer for images, and the code throws everything back as a String ) how can I transform one 'word' (e.g. /usr/etc/test.jpg) in a text file to ImageIcon which will be handeled by the renderer? Should I read the file 'word' by 'word' store it as array and load it into column?

I am creating a simple Symptom Checker application. The problem I have is that I'm trying to retrieve user input (JTextField) by comma's using StringTokenizer which contacts the database for a result which matches the user's input (SELECT * FROM DIAGNOSIS WHERE ?, ?, ?) . It successfully finds the correct result however only in a particular format. Not different combinations....
for example, if I enter say within the JTextField: "tearful, nausea, lack of motivation" it will find the result successfully (as that is how it is formatted within the particular column (in the database table) i wish to display a result from) however, if i enter a different combination of these symptoms: "nausea, lack of motivation, tearful" - it will not find any result. I'm very unsure how to make it work regardless of what is inputted first, second or last.

I have a CSV file with 16K entries of a data table. Does Java work well with CSV file? So I found this code. And it seems its quite easy to read in the data I need. Say for example if I wanted a loop to randomly pick the first field of a specific line in the CSV data table. How would i go about coding that??????
