Skipping Further Prompts When Certain Conditions Are Met

Is there any way to skip the 2nd and 3rd questions in this instance if I input "exit" or make an error in the 1st input. Essentially skip over the "enter 1st number / enter second number" prompts and go straight to the switch statement? In the case of "exit" exit the program immediately without the prompts. If an error, loop around to the beginning without the further prompts.

I have to ask the user to enter 4 whole numbers, and then the program will calculate:

but I have trouble with the conditions. How do I form the conditions to calculate this? My professor said I can do this with only four IFs (or ELSE IF). This is what I did:

I'm writing a program for exemplary reasons that is basically two text fields, one for a username, and one for a password. the way its written is asking testing for what is inputed into the text fields if its equal to a "valid" username and password. if it is, a variable representing that is set equal to 1. there is another if statement asking if the actionevent.getsource is equal to the name of the textfield. the issue I had was that when I ran the program, it seemed to only test for the first condition, so I got the same result from the program regardless of what I input into the text field.

The code originaly was written "eve.getSource() ==" but I changed that to see if it would resolve the issue with no avail. With it written this way, the program does nothing upon entering the text and pressing enter. Currently, there is nothing written to change the variable "val" to 1 to show that the username is valid. I did this because I can't figure out how I would go about doing this.
I need to add a kb.nextLine(); somewhere but I've tried adding it after nextInts and it hasn't worked. The problem is in the test.

I have two different Class object arrays storing 3 elements (2 Store arrays, both initialised to hold 3 Product objects). The problem is, I can set data to one array with no problem but my program doesn't want to set the data for my second array.
For instance, The main problem is this method:

I'm working or better say.. I'm trying to work :) with Maven projects (m2eclipse plug-in) and Eclipse IDE. The problem I have is that sometimes the debugger seems to skip some lines of the code without a reason.
Is there an issue of synchronisation with my .class files?
So i'm just toying around with making a simple inventory system, and when i'm trying to get the user's input (first the ID number, then the item name, then the item price) it will take the ID number, output asking for the name (but not take any input for it) and then ask for the item's price. I'm really not sure why it's never happened to me before when getting user input.
This is the input part of my code:

After installing jre 1.7update 51 on a system where a restricted user is logged on I'm getting constant prompts in IE10 from ssvagent.exe -old - high.
I have found that disabling the IE addon SSV Helper solves this issue but it's unclear why this issue comes in the first place. A bug in jre or something else?
I have googled and the only solution that I have found is just disabling the addon manually or disabling it through gpo's
Disabling the addon is probably not the real fix but just a workaround.
I am afraid that this problem can come back again after updating IE in the future or if the addon will get active.

If you cant tell straight away how i have stuffed up, what is happening is this;
When i am promoted to enter my name, 'John Smith'. The word 'John' would be stored in the name variable, while 'Smith' is stored under gender, so the next prompt is then 'Whats your address?'
So its only assigning one word per variable, now as far i understand, a string should not work that way. So where is my mistake?
