Insert Information From CVS File In Postgres Table?

I am trying to insert information from a CVS file in a postgres table and I have this exception:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0

and the cod line is: db.importData(conn,args[0]);
