Null When Saving Or Updating Ticket Request On Flex With Java Hibernate
Nov 26, 2014
users are trying saving or updating incident request on website they are able to see fault string =Java.lang.stackoverflow : null when saving or updating ticket request on flex with Java hibernate.
Recently I've decided to reimplement the existing utility tool, that is written on Flex, in Java language, but I have faced a problem which is as follows. This tool is utilizing a compiled .swc library which is used to perform some calculations. The point is that my new Java-based tool has to output same values as the Flex-based one, but it doesn't. My attempts to recreate the the functionality provided by swc library has lead to nothing. The only way I see, that will ensure that new values are same as old ones is to, somehow, call the swc functionality from my Java code.
I created the WSDL first in RSA and then created the java bean skelaton from the WSDL. There are a couple of dateTime fields in the WSDL that are created as GregorianCalendar objects.
When I test with SOAPui and the date fields are passed correctly, everything works great. But when there is an invalid date format or anything else in the SOAP request, instead of returning a Conversion exception or some other validation exception, the field is passed as a null to the request object in the SOAP IMPL. Should't this return an exception?
Sample requests inputs: <endTimeStamp>2014-01-28T01:30:14.474Z</endTimeStamp> - Date <endTimeStamp>06-FEB-14 01.51.00.000000000 AM</endTimeStamp> - Null <endTimeStamp>Any other string be it a date or not.</endTimeStamp> - Null
My program is working fine. When I executes it, it shows me this:
The clock is 54 minutes over 23 (+41 seconds.
and when i press ENTER, it shows me this:
23:54:41
But then it won't show me the update. I want to update the time, for example when I started the execution the time was 23:54:41 but it must show me something like 23:54:45, because I need the current time.
I have searched the whole internet about this but I don't know how to use the "Date.update ();".
Here is my code
package p2;
import java.util.Calendar; import java.util.Date; import javax.swing.JOptionPane; public class Time { public void myTime() { Calendar cal = Calendar.getInstance();
So I'm still learning how to save data using Java. I know that saving data is extremely important when it comes to creating video games.
What I have here is this simple program.
Java Code:
import java.util.*; import java.io.*; import java.lang.*; public class Character { private Formatter x; private int roomNum; private boolean[] visited = new boolean[10];
[Code]...
I'm trying to make sure that after I exit the program, joe starts in room 4, not room 1, and that he has visited rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10. I have the save data created, but how do I save an array of boolean values?
I would like to know the J2EE architectural explanation with respect to HTML5 and Adobe Flex technologies. It is just like knowing over all J2EE architectural aspects and how HTML5 and Adobe Flex technologies are used to satisfy those aspects in order act as client side components.
I wrote a simple random spelling game for a class project, was never able to get the labels to update when they should. I have tried .updateUI, .paintImmediately followed by .revalidate and by .repaint. Nothing seems to be working.
What the game does is show a random word for about 10 seconds, disappear and they user is to spell that word, you have 3 tries then will start over. The "brains" of the game work just fine, it is the labels updating with new text when they should doesn't seem to be working. There is 4 classes but the below is the "Main" that has the problems. Also have a null exception problem with the timer.stop(); not sure why. I am still pretty new to java.
Public class SpellMe extends JFrame { // variables JPanel mainPanel, secondPanel, thirdPanel; JLabel mainLabel, wordLabel; String spWord, sp; JTextArea guess;
I am simulating a game. This involves creating two Player objects(either HumanPlayer or ComputerPlayer), a TheBoard object, a TheGame object and a TheGameManager object. In the TheGameManager, i am trying to get it so that i can save the two Player objects, the TheBoard object and the TheGame object in current use at some point in the game and then load them later at some point. However, after debugged, i have found that it doesnt like the writeObject() method and skips and sends an exception up.
My TheGameManager class has the following fields:
public class TheGameManager implements GameManager { private Player player1; private Player player2; private TheBoard currentBoard; private TheGame currentGame; //private String[] args; private int iterations = 1;
1. Does a GET HTTP request contain a request body? If yes what is contained in it? Are the request headers also part of the request body? 2. Is it possible to send a byte array as part of the GET request in its body? 3. Is there a size limitation on the data that can be sent via a GET request?
In Interview many times Interviewer ask a simple question "Hibernate core Interfaces ?".The five core interfaces exposed by Hibernate. But he not satisfy, Why?...
My requirement is to display a table containing multiple rows and multiple columns. and row headers must be link type and that table should be retrieved dynamically from db where the values entered by the admin. this is the user view. and am new to spring. unable to implement this. my demo is on monday and i need to show the demo to survive in this job. I had given the link. but am unable to implement by seeing that also because it has no complete code which is my actual requirement. Code should be written in controllers, pojo, dao's, jsp's etc... URL....
In my code am unable to get in one table. So I went with alternative that to come each row and 3 columns in one table... 4 rows 4 different tables I did... but it was not my requirement. I used embedded to get that...in my pojo I wrote
and each embedded one i have created 4 pojo's where i wrote column headers. get it all in one table view with 4 row headers and 3 column headers but this is not my requirement...
I don't seem to be hitting my RESTful webservices. I am using Hibernate and checked and all my entity classes are working. I've even retrieved data from the database but I cannot hit the web service. I am using Tomcat 7 and Eclipse IDE.
String must be 6 characters, first 3 must be letters, last 3 must be digits..Here is my code:
import java.util.Scanner; public class ValidTicket { public static void main (String[] args){ Scanner in = new Scanner (System.in); String id; int c=' ',i; int letterCount=0, digitCount=0; System.out.printf("Enter ticked id
[code]....
However when I run my program, it does not work:After I enter the string nothing happens.
Currently we are facing a problem in application developed in JSF, Hibernate on Tomcat server 7. The UI is getting freezed after uncertain time. Sometimes it worked for 2 to 5 hours and sometimes it hangs out within 10 mins, too.
Session time out in web.xml is -1
Before, we were getting memory leak logs in catalina, so we implemented ClassLoaderLeakPreventor in the application. When problem occurs, below log is printing in catalina.out.
INFO: Reloading context [/SHRWeb241213] Jan 31, 2014 12:42:36 PM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext reload INFO: Reloading Context with name [/SHRWeb241213] has started ClassLoaderLeakPreventor: com.cosmos.leakPrevention.ClassLoaderLeakPreventor shutting down context by removing known leaks (CL: 0x19a37a) ClassLoaderLeakPreventor: Removing 47 classes from Mojarra descriptors cache
public class TextLab03st { public static void main(String args[]) { System.out.println("Text Lab 03"); System.out.println(); System.out.print("What is the posted speed limit? --> "); int speedLimit = Expo.enterString(); System.out.println(""); System.out.print("How fast was the car travelling in mph? --> "); int trueSpeed = Expo.enterString(); int ticketPrice;
[code]...
I tried everything and there's supposedly one error saying it reached the end of the file while parsing. I'm trying to make a speeding ticket program for my class.
I am going to develop a new web application of medium complexity. Right now i am somewhat comfortable with JSF and hibernate. I have never used JSF and hibernate together before.I just wanted to ask if it is good practice to use JSF (for both view layer and handling business logic) and hibernate(for persistence) without spring as a middle layer. The reason why i am asking this is i don't know anything about spring framework.
public class Test { public static void main(String[] args) { Car c = new Car(); c.setInf("toyota", "red"); System.out.println("name: "+ c.brand + " colour: " + c.colour);
[code]....
Why do I get the result brand null, colour null? I know what null means but what am I missing here?
The manager of a football stadium wants you to write a program that calculates the total ticket sales after each game. There are four types of tickets: box, sideline, premium, and general admission. After each game, the data is stored in a file in the following format:
ticketPrice numberOfTicketsSold
Sample data might look like:
250 5750
100 28000
50 35750
25 18750
The first line indicates that the box ticket price is $250 and that 5750 tickets were sold at that price.
Your program should input in this data (using Scanner or an input dialog box), then output that data to a message dialog box along with total ticket sales information. Output the total number of tickets sold and the total sale amount. Make your output user-friendly and "pretty". Format your output with two decimal places. Use JOptionPane and the formatting techniques learned in chapter 3 for your output. Example output might be:
5750 Box Tickets sold at $250.00 28000 Sideline Tickets sold at $100.00 35750 Premium Tickets sold at $50.00 18750 General Admission tickets sold at $25.00
I am having trouble creating the for loop in the Parking Simulator. I dont even know where to start. I have searched google and I havent found any Parking simulators that used array lists. Here are the requirements:
The ParkingSimulator Class: This class should simulate checking the parking tickets. You should loop through the cars, choose a random officer, and have that officer check to see if there is a parking violation. If there is a violation, add it to the ParkingTicket ArrayList. After all have been checked, print out a summary of the tickets (using the toString() from the ParkingTicket class).
I think I have all the classes right except for the ParkingTicket Class which I know is screwed up in the for loop because I cannot get the random officer and create and report ticket if mins were over maxlimit and it is printing the whole string of officers when it should be picking one officer at random to assign to the ticket. Also it is not printing out the whole output.
output should look like:
VW with license # N34234 parked for 60 minutes at PM1 and a maximum time limit of 90 minutes - no violation. Reported by officer Joe badge: PO123
Mazda with license # 234-567 parked for 70 minutes at PM2 and a maximum time limit of 60 minutes was parked illegally for 10 minutes for a fine of 25.0. Reported by officer Sam badge: PO812
etc;
Summary of tickets: License:234-567 at meter #:PM2: Fine: $25.00 License:W879HY4 at meter #:PM4: Fine: $25.00 License:BG65RF7 at meter #:PM5: Fine: $25.00
