Can You Help..pretty Please

I'm new to Access, just finding my feet. I've created a query to hopefully find duplicate entries in a database that has been given to me. When I try to run the query however I get the error message...
You tried to execute a query that does not include the specified expression 'Count(*)>1 And IIf([S_Flow]=1,[S_fromManhole] & " " & [S_toManhole],[S_toManhole] & " " & [S_fromManhole])=' as part of an aggregate function.
This, unfortunately, means absolutely nothing to me! Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Cheers

I am an Access noob. I've used it in school, but can only barely remember what I learned.
Anyway, I have a simple dilemma.
I made a table that list various foods I eat and their nutritional info such as protein, fat, calories, etc.
Now I want to make another table where I can reference the first table and have it automatically fill in the nutritonal fields. So if today I had a ham sandwich and a coke, I could just type in Ham sandwich and coke in each field and all the nutritional info would automatically be transferred from the first table.
Now I already made the first table that has all the info for all the foods I eat, but I am having trouble linking the second table to get its info from the first. I followed the MS wizard and I thought I had setup the relationship right, but when I type in ham or coke into the Meal field in the second table, none of the values are automatically filled in.
Thanks guys, I am getting a headache here.
And.....if its not to hard, is there a way to get access to add up the totals of each column? So that I would basically make a new table for each day and it would add up all my calories, fat, protein, etc for the day?

Hi! I'm working in Access 2007, and am having difficulty figuring out how to do the following.
I purchased some pretty .ocx buttons that I want to use in my db. I can't figure out how to import them for use. No, I don't want to just copy and paste them in. Any ideas? I hate the ugly, unprofessional looking command buttons in Access. Thank you!
