Error With An Append Query

I have created an append query to begin the transfer of terminated employees to a separate table then delete them from the Active file using a Macro. I get an error running the append query and I have attached the error to this thread. I answer all the halts in the affirmative and the process does happen the way I want it to. The terminated employees get added to the Terminated table and they delete from the Active table. I don't understand what the error is telling me and why its doing the job anyway.
