I'd like to do the following: when the user does something on Form A, Form B has to be open and the Forms should be located on the sides (Form A to the left side, Form B to the right side) of the display so the user can see them at a time.
However both Form A and Form B has an automatic centering function set when used alone.
Is there a way I could push this from code? I can't fine anything like that among the form's property.
First I am no good with code so I need your help!
I have code that tells the cursor to move to a certain field.

It works for the most part - our problem with this is if we have the form open and we are searching on a different field say "Last name" when we click find next it finds the first one but if we click find next again it tells us that there is no records. This is because the cursor has moved to the ClaimNumber field.
Is there a way I can modify this code to say move the cursor only on a new record.
Any help would be great!
I have a query that pulls data from a table called Data. I'd like to add a column to the query that will be the moving average -- For example, for a Month Beginning Date of 12/2013, it would average the SumOfCount variable for 10/2013, 11/2013, and 12/2013.
This is the sql code for my query without the moving average:

How to insert that column into my code?
I have a data entry form.
There are some selection controls that require the user to enter data before the next one becomes enabled.
My form then has two different groups of controls that the user see's depending on the selections earlier, either one group or the other is made visible.
My question is how to move the view so that the appropriate group is where I want it.
If I use setfocus to a control the form moves but not how I want it to (The control that i setfocus on is half way up the screen rather than close to the top.).
I know there must be a better way, I tried move size but it didn't seem to do what i wanted.
Lets say,
Form A has fields: ID, LN and FN

Form B has fields: ID, LN and TR

I would like to be able to switch between these two forms and the form automatically set focus to the record that I was on the form prior. Meaning if I am on record 3 on Form A and navigate to Form B, I would like to automatically set focus to record 3. Is this possible?
A possible issue after this gets sorted out is what happens if with the same scenario above record 3 does not exits? is it possible in that instance to simply requery the form?
Issue with Cursor moving on multi Subforms in a form.
I have 2 sub-forms in a main form as per screenshot. So Cursor moving from main form to 1st subform working well. After can't move the cursor from 1st subform to 2nd subform with tabbing or entering. Still there in 1st Subform in the last entered filed after tabbing or entering. I've checked on tab orders also they shown correct but it is can't move to 2nd subform.
I have created a Form based from a Table. On one of the fields, I need to be required inside the Form before moving to the next record of that form. I can not make the required field in the table, because I have to append information day to day.
Also, the required field is a combo box option that is limit to the list.
What kind of Code I can do inside the form of the specific field to make it required before clicking onto the next record. It does not matter if the processor closes out of the form before updating, only if moving to the next record.
I have a form in which user will enter few values but I need users to enter the comment in relevant text box too only if they have any non zero value.
I have attached an example for reference....where red encircled portion is for values and blue is for relevant comments. If value is non zero then user should be enforced to enter the comment too......system should not allow user to move forward or backward until there is some comment.
When I add a record in the subform and then move to the next record whilst still in the subform, the main form jumps back to its first record? I then have to move back to the right record in the main form to update the next record in the subform.
I want to move to the next record in the subform without affecting the main form.

What I would like to do is create a list box that will only display the information from another form that is related to the current form.So I have a form call Equipment Catalog and that form is related to Equipment features 1 to M relationship and the Equipment Features is related to a Features form M to 1.

I have a form in which job times for individuals is entered. As the data is entered, a macro fires to calculate various costs (Nat Ins/Pension/Total cost etc etc), and that data is stored in a table.
I now have written code to enable the inputting of the data into the database directly from the Excel sheet in which the data is first entered - this is great as it cuts out a data entry repeat and will be a big big time saver.
In the initial Form_Open code there is a string that fails before the form is open, preventing me from opening the form and accessing the VBA code to correct the problem.How can I access the VBA code to correct the problem if it otherwise prevents me from opening the form so I can access the VBA code?

I want to display today's date on a form. No connection to a table or anything like that just a label or such. I have a placed a text box on the form and set the Control Source to '=Date()' and it displays the date in a short form, eg. 11/11/2014.
What I want to do is display it in what I think is called Medium Date so that it displays as 11-Nov-2014. I suspect I need to place something inside those parentheses, but what?

How can I control the display of fields in a form? I see in a given database, that in the design view that some fields exist in a form but in the form-view some of them are not displayed.
I can't find how it was done, i see no difference in the fields' properties. Another question is how can i make a comboBox to display just the text without the ID number...

I have created a database to track our contacts for the office. I spent some time working on the relationships and making sure everything was normalized, as I've only just recently understood that concept. However, I'm afraid something got messed up in the process and I may have missed a step or done something wrong when creating the relationships.
Basically, I just created the form with all of my fields in it and when I try to view the form I see that no fields display (it's just a blank white screen). I wondered if I should actually be creating the form based off tblcontact, and then add subforms for each of the other tables.

I have a form that displays employee details. I've also created a query that calculates the current age of all employees and updates automatically. I've also created a subform that displays the query data.
My question is, how do I get the query data to display on my main form? Can I do it directly from the query or do I have to use the subform? There are multiple columns on the form and I want to add it as a new column that displays the same as the rest but continues to update automatically.
I am working on a database where I want some specific information displayed on a form, preferably on the form header. I want to display this on all of my forms. In a standard module, I have a code segment that runs a query returning values, and I assign those values to my public variables. I run this code segment triggered by "on activate" of each form.
The variables contain an Event Date, and an Event Name. I want this information to appear on each form. How do I get this data onto my form as part of the form header, or if cannot put on header section, then in the detail section?
I have a form with a memo field which is used by users to input transctiptions of Customer Contacts but the form is getting busy and the box now only 2.77 wide X 0.683 High.
this makes it impossible to read on the form even as a text box with scrolling..how to add a mouse over on it so that it fires up a large text/meg style box to display the contents?
