is this good or it will be damn slow if i have 10,000 record... please give me suggestions on improvement

the software im develping has an single add function... this will add an employee record to the database and creating default values for other tables... the user then will have to modify these default values in its respective form like medical form or dental form...
i have also a single delete function... this will delete all records of the repective employee in all table...
i have multiple tables tblpersonalrec,tbldelinquency, tbleducationalbak, tblmedical.... i use this relationship so i can use cascade delete....

Another Simple Problem For The Access Masters

I'm nearly finished my database now, but I just have a couple of loose ends to tie up. I have one last problem (hopefully) that I hope you guys can help me with.

On my form, I have a combo box. Underneath the combo box I have 2 check boxes. Under normal conditions, the checkboxes will be enabled and the user will be able to tick or untick the boxes. But if a certain selection is made from the combo box, the check boxes should be disabled and unticked.

Is this possible? Any help greatly appreciated :)
