I downloaded the North Wind template. Is it usabe? I cannot delete the sample stuff. Can you use it for invoices and to receive payment for open invoices? It seems like just a sample and not usable.

i would like to know how to replace the sales values in the quarterly sales report with tax values so as to create a "Quarterly tax report" in Northwind.
