Reports :: Printing Labels - Report Producing Blank Page

I have a non standard size report (for printing labels)
The report is just over 10cm wide and just over 15cm deep.
I have solved the blank pages caused by exceeding the width but I'm still getting a blank page when I move some data down. I am still within 15 cm but it's throwing me a blank page. Even if I extend the in design mode depth to say 20cm (ie the height in Detail) it's throwing a blank page (I can see this in print preview).
I initially set up the report (it's a long time ago so memory fades) using the label wizard setting up a label 4*6 inches (10.16 * 15.24 cms) and it is this i'm trying to tweak. Is there a property I'm missing somewhere?

I have a database of musical events. Now im creating flayers for each event. My Q is how the Information for each event should fit on one A4 page and should start on a new page of the report.

I have a complicated report in which there is a main report which contains other reports within it. One of these reports (call it "Number Six") within the main report has several subreports. Within this report, I can successfully cancel the subreports so that they do not print if the data does not match the right criteria. I use VBA code to cancel the Number Six report if none of the subreports will be printing. Nothing then appears on this individual report. All I get is a blank page which makes sense since I've shrunk all of the subreports.
When the main report prints, the Number Five report prints, there is a blank page for the Number Six report and then the Number Seven report prints. How do I get the main report to not print that blank page for the Number Six report? When the Number Six report will result in a blank page, I want the Number Five report to print followed by the Number Seven report. I've tried using "No" in the main report for the Enabled option for Number Six but the blank page still shows up. I am not forcing any page breaks either.

I have a report that's oriented landscape. I have scaled and placed everything to fit on a 11" x 8.5" page (the current dimensions of the report are 10.375" x 7.75"). The Layout view shows that everything fits within the borders.
Despite all of this, Print view insists on including a second, blank page. And since the general user will initially be viewing it in Report view (which doesn't indicate 2 pages), then printing if they so desire, they won't know there's a blank page.If not, I'll just tell people to make sure to only print page 1 in the printer dialog box.

I have an access report that consists of numerous other subreports. My issue is that one last blank page prints at the very end of the report. All margins are sized correctly and have set the 'Force New Page' setting to 'None' for all Group Headings (I should mention that I have each subreport within it's own group heading...so a total of 8 subreports in 8 group headings). The odd thing is that I have the page #'s printing in the page footer and on the last page it's printing page + 1 of x pages (e.g. page 129 of 128). I have removed the report header and footer, but have the same result. None of the other subreports produce an extra page when run separately.

I have one-page forms which print a second page, blank except for a block of grey shading at the top. I have tried moving the content of the form up but that doesn't eliminate the second page. If I look at print preview, every second page of the entire database shows up as blank, regardless of where that happens to appear in the record.

I have been modifying an existing report that was formatting and printing fine but since I modified it (adding some text boxes and moving some controls around), it is now adding a blank page.
For example, If the report was normally 2 pages long with page numbers, it is inserting a blank page without page number between page 1 and page 2......

I've created labels in my database and when I print them on a label printer, I get a blank label in between my printed labels. I've checked the printer settings and properties and can't find anything. I've also checked the database properties and can't find anything. Is there something in the database that I'm missing?

I currently have a set of labels that works flawlessly - it has 2 columns and 20 rows. I have a form that I can select which label to start printing on so I use up a full sheet with no waste. [working labels attachment]
The labels I'm trying to print on now are 1.25" x 10", as seen HERE. Since I cannot rotate the whole report 90 degrees, I set up the labels to have one column with six rows instead of 6 columns with one row (landscape instead of portrait).
I copied the entire label printing process from the known working report. For my new set of labels, the label prints great if I have just one record, and/or I start at label #1. If I want to start at label #6, it just prints slightly lower on the page instead of at label #6 position (which is the bottom of the page). [label at #6 position attachment].

I am printing invoices and need to print the label in a subreport at the end of each customer only once. This is what I want it to look like:

NC $1463.00
SC $155.00
NOT

I use ACCESS, but I do not know SQL. .

I am building a database which produces a report which I have formatted as a letter, I know I could have done this via a mail merge etc however...
What I am wanting to achieve is when this report(letter) is run, is there a way that when it is produced from a macro button embedded in a form that this report can then be saved as a pdf attachment within the same access database attached to a client record?

I have to print address labels. 10 x 3.8 cm labels 2 per row 14 per page on an A4 paper. Pretty straightforward one should say. But no. I play around with the margins, column heights and widths, row and column spacing page size wasting time. Is there a hidden and not documented relationship between those elements? For example how is the column height and row spacing linked together? How is this normally done in a professional way?

I have an excel sheet having coloumns as under

There are about 100 record in my excel sheet and the i have import report by linking from desktop for updating purpose. when i tried to print report its result came not as i desired.
These words i like to print on last page of report but the words like:
( Cheque writer Accounts officer Zonal accountant) print on each page.
How can i print these signatures at the end of last page.

Here's the problem:
I'd like to print multiple reports using a button in a form.
I guess I could use something like that:
DoCmd.OpenReport "report1", acNormal
DoCmd.OpenReport "report2", acNormal
DoCmd.OpenReport "report3", acNormal
DoCmd.OpenReport "report4", acNormal
etc
in the command.click sub but here's the tricky section:
Some of my reports (they are all based in select queries) do not contain data.
How can I make access print only these forms that include records ?
For example if the query that provides records to the "report2" returns nothing, I would like on the commabd click event mentioned above, only the report1,3and 4 to be printed. Am I asking too much?Hope you guys understand what I'm talking about. Sorry , if my English isn't too good

All i want to do is to print my report (with the records ideally!) which has a subreport header at the top but all i am getting is a single blank record?!
Surely this is not too much to ask but it is holding up the whole project!!!

Hi,
I have a two page report (it is formatted to always be exactly two pages) and I need to print it on the front (page one of the report) and on the back (page two of the report) of the same piece of paper. The less user input the better.
Is this an Access thing or a printer thing (We have a HP 6P).
Anyone doing this ???

1Create a report called rptCustomersByGender. The report should:
a.Print your company's name at the top of the first page only
b.Print your data labels at the top of each page
c.Group your data by gender
d.Display all the customer information in the detail section
e.The customers should display in ascending numerical order by Last Name
f.Below the list of Female customers, it should say: "Total number of Female Customers:" and then the total number of female customers should display. Do the same for the male customers
g.The page number should display at the bottom of every page
h.The list of Female and Male customers should each print starting on a separate page.
i.Make sure the report runs without producing any errors and looks professional.
I created a report and grouped it by gender but I can't do step F. creating two different labels for each group..

I am making labels to stick on containers that we're shipping out. Some shipments will have only 1 container and some will have more than 1.Can I have it repeat a label if there are more than 1 container for an order?
For example:
Shipment 1 has 3 containers. The label says "3 x DM" and it will make one label.
Can I set it somehow to print that label three times? What about adding incremental text, e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3?

I have always noticed that when creating a report, when you make a paragraph using a label, the alignment and size of the text/paragraph is always different when you preview the report than when you design it.
This makes alignment of paragraphs tricky, especially when you are trying to insert a bold faced word into the middle of a block of text by using a separate label.

I have a report with one sub-report. It previews correctly and prints correctly from my ACCDB. However, when I create an ACCDE, the sub-report previews correctly and then does not print. I have tried the following and none work: In the main report, deleted the links and changed the subreports record source.
Changed layout for print to no
Changed filter on empty matches to no
Moved everything from detail to page header.When I put code in the subreport to set a flag when loaded and queried that flag in the main report, the subreport never admitted to being loaded when run from the ACCDE (again works fine from the ACCDB).

I'd like to print out a report so that each record should be printed into an individual pdf file. When printing manually, record by record, I use an app called cuteprinter for converting reports into pdf. But that one needs saving path for each individual pdf file. What could I do if I'd like to make a series of record printing? Would there be a way of automatic generating path and file name for each record's print?
