Reports :: Display Same ID Records Seperately

I have a subform to select which Managers will get a Corrective Action Report based on a single Non-Conformance ID. The queried information looks like:
ID Managers
01 QA Mgr
01 Maintenance Mgr
01 Shipping Mgr
How can I access this data 1 record at a time in order to have each Manager name print on a separate Corrective Action Report?

How do I pull information from a subform (more than 1 record in subform at times) to put on my report?
I have added the subform to the report and set Visible property to No,
I know the syntax to refer to the subform and its fields but I don't understand how to get all records in the subform for the main record to be displayed.

Is it possible to only display a specific number of records with multiple filters of the same field.
So say I have a table with 2 Columns:
Name
Address
Can a user basically search for multiple records based off of their names? Maybe by using a form where they can input those names like this:
John Smith
Dave Richardson
Sophie Parker
Then the report will only display the records containing those names.

If I have a report and it has controls (labels representing column titles) in the page header. Now when I print the report - if it happens that the last page has no detail records - but there is text boxes and so forth in the report footer. Is there a way to not display the page header on the last page?
I have a report where the last page shows the page header - and the field/column labels on the page header - but for which there is no detail records left to display - on the last page. There is report footer information that should display. It just looks weird because the field/column labels show at the top of the page - but there is no data remaining to print under them on that last page.

I have been tasked with creating a database to log employee suggestions and then automatically present reports around the site. I have developed the database and it works OK and can output *.PDF reports, but I'm having problems with how to display these reports. My idea was to output the reports automatically as *.TIFF or *.JPG files and have them stored in a folder that the My Pictures screensaver uses. The reports (in fact, any site report stored in this folder) can then be shown on any screen dotted around the site when it goes into screensaver mode. However I can't find any way to output/convert to a picture file.
The other option is to create a webpage that rotates through the saved PDFs, but this isn't ideal as the PC users will have to load the webpage to display the reports.

I am trying to produce statistics reports in my database. The user selects the information they require in a form (date from, date to etc). A query then produces the results listing each job in turn which is what I want however at the end I would like to produce sub-totals for each client.
Depending on the criteria selected by the user, only some clients will appear in the list. Ideally I would like the footer to show something like:
Client 1 - 4 jobs
Client 2 - 1 job
Client 5 - 6 jobs
Client 6 - 17 jobs
I have tried using the field:
Code:
=Count([ClientDetailsName])
However this only gives the total number of jobs.

I have a payroll database and my report that lists vacation time is not displaying correctly (for one person only). Every entry into my payroll tables are in this format: ##.## (24hr) I've double checked all entries that they are entered in this fashon, and found nothing out of the ordinary.
So when I run my report's query I grab VACATION_EARNED from my EMPLOYEE table; subtract VACATION_USED (as a sum from my PAYROLL table) and subtract VACATION_SCHED (as a sum from my FORCAST table) to get VACATION_REMAINING.
if I look at this in a query instead of a report; my results are exactly what I would expect to see. I.E. JohnDoe, 40, 32, 8, 0 Yet when I view the data in the report, instead of the 0 showing for VACATION_REMAINING I get -2E-15
Now I recognize this as a scientific notation, but why?!?! I've set the report field's properties and backtracked all my number fields to be sure all of them are set to the same properties

Print preview, Report view, print as PDF, XPS and even copy to a word doc all display the picture, but when i send it to any printer the header does not show.I have checked every setting i can find.
Visible = Yes
Display when = Always
deleted, save and closed, re-inputted, still nothing.
compact and repair after delete re-input after compact, still nothing.
Added the file to local directory, still not showing
I can even add a border around the picture which it will print but not the image itself.I've tried .png .jpg and .jpeg file types (Same image its just a logo).

I have reports that total the figures in a column and displays the total at the bottom of the column. I would like to display the total at the top of the column since the length of the column continues to grow and I would like to see that total before scrolling down to view the various individual entries.
No matter how I try the =count(x) always shows an error. Is it not possible to display the total figure at the top of a column instead of at the bottom?

We have a ms graph object in the report. All the programming code relating to it is perfect and the graph displays correct too. But in some circumstances, the graph displays with different mold than it should be.
When we preview it in a single base, it works fine. Sometimes, in this way too the graph has a display error.
I have used the maximum potential solution to this, but all failed in vain.
1. Setting delays and refreshing the form and re-querying the graph data
2. Created a new database and imported all the objects and tried to run
3. Compact and repair database
4. Tried with re-creating the report from scratch.
why this type of error display is coming up with the ms graph object.

I'm using Access 2010. I set up conditional formatting in some areas of my report. They're very simple like if a cell is between 0 and .4, then the background color of the field is red. They work just fine...when I click on the field. I don't remember ever running into this issue in the past. I've been reading potential solutions on the web, but haven't found a way to make the conditional formatting rules kick in when the report is loaded.

I would like to ask about on how to display my attached pictures to my report. I'm using MS Access 2007 and I have a table names:
Projects - ProjectID, ProjectName, StartDate, EndDate;
Task - TaskID, ProjectID, TaskName, Pictures;
Picture datatype is Attachment and it is multi-valued field so I created a query to extract picture per ProjectID and to be used as a Subreport. Query results shown below:
ProjectID Attachment
11 tulip.jpg
11 hill.jpg
10 panda.jpg
10 shark.jpg
Now, I have created the sub report and linked it Project table. Result is the pictures add up vertically or downward where there is a big space on the right side, I want to have it from left to right or horizontally.
