Schedule MS Access Report To Be Sent Out As PDF Documents Through MS Outlook

I have a report in MS Access. It needs to be converted to pdf and sent to a list of people as mail through MS Outlook at 12:00 Noon on Monday and Thursday. How can I achieve this. I don't have much knowledge regarding macro programming. Any relevant links.

Emailing Individual Documents From Query Or Report?

I have limited access knowledge and everything I learned about access was from youtube videos and reading online. I have only used the features that do not require coding/programming (tables/queries/reports).

this is my problem. I am the secretary of a social boat club (about 300 members) in charge of producing invoices. I created a my member table with general data, applied a query to create a Dues&Fees Table and then I created an Invoice report from this table..etc. Right now I have a final report, with 300 invoices that i could easily print and mail. However, people are asking to have their invoice emailed and I was wondering if there is a way to mass email each individual invoice to each individual member of the club.

Using Access To Create A Perpetual Schedule

I am trying to create a database to schedule customer visits. I would like to enter a beginning date and a frequency (IE every week or every two weeks) and then be able to print a schedule by entering a date range. I need to create a database use access that the access can update the database based on a schedule, like daily.For example, in the table there are several columns, and each column stands for a meter point, and in real world, each meter will have a reading every 5 mins. Now the database consists of all the readings till yesterday 11:55pm, by right, tomorrow for example at 8am, the database will update the readings till tonight 11:55pm, today's readings will be placed right after below yesterday 11:55pm row in the same table. The data source will be generated in CSV file every day 8am and put into a specific folder. What I need to do is to update them into this database.

I know Access can setup an Outlook Task to auto-export query to Excel, but it requires the Outlook to be always open on the user's computer.

Is there an easy way to setup a schedule that can automatically export a query to Excel and this schedule will then auto-email the exported Excel file to an email address every Monday at 5AM for example?

If this can only be done in VBA, any reference I may start with?

Linking Access To Various Word Documents By Combo Boxes

i need help regarding linking Access to various Word documents.:confused:

the task consists in choosing a particular Country, Year and Month from Combo Boxes and then view the related reports in Word.

for example : United Kingdom, 2006, January

more than one report can be related to a particular country.

is there a way this can be done? (maybe through the use of LookUp for the folder path?!)

I have been asked to find out if it is possible to automatically insert info from a access database into some word documents that require the same info i.e. a title or reference number so that, for example, if the title is changed in the database it will automatically change in the associated word documents.

Is this even possible as I have no idea or can something similar be done?

I have a VBA module in my Access 2010 database that will send a report as a PDF via email to a predetermined email address. the only problem using the docmd.sendobject method is i keep getting a pop up that says "A program is trying to send an e-mail on your behalf. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date."

I have a windows task set up at the same time each day to open this database which runs an autoexec that creates this report and using my VBA module sends the email. i want it to just send the email without any imput from me. I want automation.

Here is my code that i am using to create and send the email

We have 5 rooms available for bookings, the report loads fine for 4 of these but for whatever reason the Board Room report (Weekly Bookings Board Room) throws up a data mismatch error, and the datasource is exactly the same as the other reports but checking for a different room.

Apologies if this question has already been asked. Im a bit of a newb when it comes to Access. I was wondering if its possible to create a input form/email in Access/Outlook in which I can send to a number of people via email that populate a Access database/xls when they reply?

-Users may have a different version of office that I have.
-I have office 97, 2000 and 2003.

Linking Access With Outlook

I wonder if someone could give me some advice.

I can create simple databases with Access but I've recently identified the need to create something a little more complex. My entire relational database revolves around a central table of contacts.

I have a list of contacts in MS Outlook (searchable by name, phone number, etc.), which should be the same. I want to avoid the risk of data redundancy so I was wondering if it is possible to link Outlook and Access databases in some way, so that, for example, if I was to add a contact in Outlook, it would update my database automatically and vice versa.

I'm sure this is far from simple but I'd love to hear any suggestions you may have.

Hi, forum.... I have a linked table that was created to view info in outlook. The problem is i need to be able to view or hyperlink to the attachment in access as well, for some reason in the attachment column it give me a yes or no field value only.... any ideas?
