I saw the answer:
"You could set the "EnableRemoteErrors" configuration value to True in
the ReportServer.ConfigurationInfo database table."
How can I get to the ReportServer.ConfigurationInfo database table?
I am on the reportservice server and I run "reporting services
configuration manager" and the "sql server managment". I didn't saw
that option :(
Where is this configuration?
Any help?

Long Time Lurker, First Time Poster
Need to know how to enable FIPS and yet still keep SRS (for MOM Reporting) working? Is this even possible? SQL 2005 box sits in an OU where FIPS is enabled, serves MOM Reporting up.
Tried SSL-ing IIS and using TLS.
Tried enabling FIPS also in the local policy to ensure it was on when SQL started.
Even have SQL 2005 SP2 on there.
Everything works great if I disable FIPS and bounce it. Enable FIPS and bounce it and can't get to the SRS or MOM Reporting web pages, not locally or from a workstation.
Has anyone got this to work?
Does anyone see a reference stating that this is not supposed to work, by design, or whatever?

I have an SSRS 2005 report that I want to enable for multi value. However, I always run into the issue with the way it passes multiple values. How exactly do I get a multi-value parameter setup and working on both the report AND SQL side?I used the MS example of checking the multi checkbox for the parameter and then using a WHERE Column IN (@MultiParam), but this doesn't work. When you select one item, or is it multiple I can't remember, it fails.

I have a couple of Power View reports that I cannot enable the data refresh schedule for. I cannot pinpoint what caused the schedule to stop working but the scheduled data refresh for these reports used to work and now they don't. Every time I try to enable a schedule the page submits and it seems like everything worked (no errors). However, when I go back to the schedule page for the report the Enable checkbox is unchecked. There are other Power View reports that are scheduled and running just fine. The only error I can track down in the SharePoint logs is this:

I've tried making a copy of the file and re-uploading with a different name but nothing changes. The user would really rather not recreate the report from scratch.

My Report service account, by default "Network Service" in the config manager.
some of my onsite people my mistakenly changed the SSRS service account to the "Local system".
when I am trying to change it back, Manager is ask to create the dialog box 2(encrypt key) given below...

Hey, I can't enable caching on my local computer..I use daspnet_regsql -S "localhostSQLEXPRESS" -E -d books -edand aspnet_regsql -S "AdminSQLEXPRESS" -E -d books -edto try to start but i get a login error...cannot open database "books" requested by login. The login failed. I recently installed SQL Server 2005 Enterprise on a machine running Server 2003. I have successfully configured Reporting Services (see below for summary of settings)
- Used the defaults for the Repor tServer and Report Manager Virtual Directories
- Windows Service Identity set to domain user. The domain user is part of the administrator group on the machine and has sysadmin rights to the database
- Web Service Identity set to NT AuthorityNetworkService
When I open http://localhost/reports/, I get the following error:

I have created an RDL file programatically. When I execute the code I get the error as mentioned below:
Error: Sub report cannot be shown.
An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError)
When I copy and paste the code of RDL file into new RDL file and try to preview the output I get correct result.
Note: The new RDL file does not give any error if the output is seen using preview tab but it gives the error only when executed from report viewer or from internet explorer.
Any Suggestion/feedback is highly appreciated.

I have a SQL 2005 database and am running the 2.0 framework. I cannot seem to enable SQL caching on the db. I'm using the command line tool as follows:

Hi evryone
I have two databases. one is bayan and other is clearance. clearance was already there. i created new bayan. both database having same things. such table ,views.
both contains arabic and english records.
when i try to fetch records from clearance table as arabic it is working
the query is like:
select * from customers where cust_name_araibc='here arabic text'
it is working fine
but same query i try with bayan databses it runs but it doesnt display any records.
So is there anything like to enable languages in sql server databses.

Hi Folks,
I was testing my error handling and purposefully failed some messages. Automatic posion message detection kicked in and disabled my queue. I tried the following, one at a time to enable it again but it doesn't work:
ALTER QUEUE MigrationQueue WITH STATUS = ON;
ALTER QUEUE MigrationQueue WITH STATUS = ON, ACTIVATION (STATUS = ON);
I would have thought the first line would've worked but I get the following when trying to receive...
The service queue "MigrationQueue" is currently disabled.

I have a number of SqlDataSource objects in my application, which don't have Optimistic Concurrency option enabled. The SDS objects use custom Sql statements so I can no longer select the Advance button to enable Concurrent Concurrency.
How can I enable this option? Is there a designt ime property, and even a run time property that can be set?
The only method we have so far is to create a new SDS, with Optimistic Concurrency switched on, then copy and paste my custom Sql into it and rebind my components..
