Error With Connection String

Hello all

First Problem:

 I tried to get the connection string from web.config using Configuration manager

ConfigurationManager.AppSettings("MyProBD");

the below error was occurred

Error 1 The name 'ConfigurationManager' does not exist in the current context
-------------Error------------------

 

Second Problem

 when declare connection string in the code

-------------code------------------string strConnection = "Data Source=(local); Initial Catalog=MyProDB; Integrated Security=SSPI;";

con.ConnectionString = strConnection;

-------------code------------------

the below error was occurred

-------------Error------------------

An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server.  When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
