How Do I Change The Hyperlink Color For The 'Jump To URL' Once It Has Been Viewed?

I've created a report in SSRS 2005, where one of the fields is using 'Jump to URL'. I made that field the color blue and underlined it so the users can see it's a link.
How do I change the color of the field/link to a different color once it's viewed so the users know they already selected that field?

Change Output Of A Column Into Hyperlink
Dec 22, 2014I would like to change the output of a column into a hyperlink however I am not sure that is possible without some further post-processing. I am aware I would have to do:

from tbl_ID
however this obviously just exports the text
<a href="[URL]" target="_blank" nav="web">[ID]</a>
This would work fine if I was exporting it into some sort of HTML table however this doesn't work with excel for example. Is there a way to make this possible or would I have to create a macro in excel to add the url with the ID separately?

Conditional Color In Matrix Subtotal Column
Jun 6, 2006I am using matrix in my report with calculated fields, for example I have 3 columns : Actual amount, Budget and Variance. Variance should be in Red if it is negative. I can set up an expression to change the color on the row level, but not in Subtotal ot Total row. I cannot use sum of Fields! values, because Budget amount is also calculated field based on the "Category" value which is columns group on the matrix.
So anyway, if I am trying to reference ReportItems!Variance.Value in Subtotal Level, it gives me an error about group scope.
How can I access the cells values in subtotal and total group levels? If anybody knows any tricks for this fairly simple task?

May 15, 2015I am displaying the red line in the beginning of the current week column in the matrix table. But for few resources the red line is missing. For Example in below screenshot, refer the 'Adrian Larkin' resource. Here is the SSRS report border expression which is comparing the [TimeByDay] with the current Week First Monday Date to display the red bar -

Here is the dataset result set. If you refer the column [TimeByDay], it has no record for the date 11/05/2015 for the Adrian resource as he has no assignment for the date 11-05-2015.display the red missing line red bar using the expression or any other solution.

Apr 13, 2012Ihave 2 tables...they are basically the same except for the column name in one of them because they deal with 2 different names, though..the data i want is in columns that have the same name.pretty much what i want to do...is .they also need to be distinct so i dont count duplicates...i can get them as separate tables...but i cant get them together..I need them in 1 column because of how it is sent to the C3 code page and how it reads it...the structure has already been previously set..and there are about 5 other statments that are being executed in this one stored procedure like this (also i wasnt the one who set this up).

If i want agencies instead of findings..just replace it..agencies and findings are the 2 tables..they are the pretty much identical column wise...but i want the result together..i've tried several ways..but i cant seem to get it.

if an order has a finding or agency or both in it..then it gets marked as a 1 for that risk rating...if it doesnt..then 0 for that risk rating..and then sum them all up to see what i got..
I've been working with it...did this [SQL] compare2 - Pastebin.com ..got it to display 2 columns..but still not the right result...i'm getting a1 = 1...a2 = 1...so its not running through all the orders...or it needs a way to count it...i put a sum at beginning of case statement..erro because of counts...so i took counts out...

Mar 19, 2013I'm using SQL Server 2000 sp2...I have created a view that gives me customer info from which I need to create a view and or table that gives me a 24 monthly columns of the sum of each account_number monthly revenues (going back 24 months from this month)..The columns I'm pulling from are these:
Customer_Name
Account_number
First_insert_date
Order_net_price
Here's what I have so far:

I've basically hacked out a way to get the monthly totals for each account. What I would like to do is so be able to repeat the query but increment the date range 1 month until reaching the present or last FULL month and display these sums in individual columns named CM - n (where CM means current month and 'n' is the # of months back from current.how to make this query run over again the 23 other times I need it to and display those months sum totals in individual columns.
Matrix Column Headers Not Displaying In IE7 (but Ok In PDF && Preview Tab)

XP Blue Screen Error 0X0000008E .....
Jul 18, 2007Just trying to find out what this error code is, and how to solve this. I have the infamous "blue screen of death" but I cannot get XP to load or even to load in "safe mode". I am hoping to save my files on this laptop.
Here is the error:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the Stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacurer for driver updates. Try changing the video adapters.
Check with your harware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Blue Screen Of DEATH With SQL Server 2005
Feb 28, 2008I am hoping someone can guide me through this error. It appears SQL Server 2005 Management Studio might have a bug. What I am accomplishing deleting several rows from several tables inside SSMS. However, after about 4 or five deletions, I get the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH.
I can repeat this pattern.

Monitor Flashes Black Then Blue On SQL Start Up
Feb 29, 2008When starting SQL and also (not in addition to) another program the monitor flashes between a black and also a blue screen. On several occurances, I noticed the words "extracting file to ..." run donw the screen. However, after ten or twelve times of this flashing, the programs appear to run normally. Can anyone speak to a possible cause for this flashing?

Print From ReportViewer Control Causes Blue Screen

I have a MS Reporting Services Report which I display in a ASPX page inside a iFrame (i.e. an other ASPX page displayed inside the main ASPX page).
The report is rendered to the screen using the normal ReportViewer control.
Everything works fine, except when I click on the Print Button on the ReportViewer control, I get a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) and my computer restarts.
This is something that happens every single time I click on that Print button
Has this happenend to anyone else?

Windows 2000 Blue Screen When Opening DTS Package
Jun 25, 2001I'm pretty sure this problem started after applying Windows 2000 SP2 on machines running SQL 7 SP3. It may be that I only started manipulating these particular DTS jobs since that upgrade.
Problem: In EM I open a DTS package and it causes the server machine to crash to a blue screen. This has happened from a Windows 98 workstation running against a Windows 2000 Server SP2 running SQL7 SP3 and on a standalone laptop running Windows 2000 SP2 running SQL7 desktop edition SP3
Can anyone point me to more information on why this is happening?
