Are MCDBA (SQL Server 2000) exams still available today ?
Is it worth going for this exam today, in spite of the fact SQL Server 2005 has been released ?
Does anyone know when these will be available?

learning ahead to do and will realy like
some practice questions to practice
myself . anyone have any idea about certmagic
exams , plz let me know
I know SQL Server 2005 isn't out yet untill next year, but I am wondering if anyone knows about when the MCP exams might come out for it?
I am an MCSD and MCAD, and I am thinking about getting MCDBA soon, and I am wondering if it would be better for me to wait for the SQL Server 2005 exams.
Can anyone tell me where to find a site with Braindumps specifically for Brainbench exams SQL ANSI and SQL Server 2000? Even though they are "open book", they are more challenging than I previously thought. Or if not, can anyone suggest some VERY useful books/materials to pass exams with Intermediate-Expert level knowledge of SQL and SQL Server?
Responses can be directed to stevengara@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Steve G.

I've been working with SQL for close to a year now and I'm wondering if its worth the time and money to become certified. Are DBA's still on the up and rising or another job that will be outsourced to India?

Anyone take (and pass) the MCDBA exams? If so, do you feel the experience
was worth it? I'm most interested in what I can learn. Do you feel that
it's a respected certification (like an MCSE)?
Thanks.
Is MCDBA worth of the time and money one has to put into to acheive it?
I am talking in terms of getting a job.
Do you think after getting MCDBA you have gained sustantial knowledge about the subject?
I havent appeared for any of the MS exams as yet
but would like to start with 70 228 and 70 229.
I like reading BOL, but i guess for certfn exams you have to have a diff approach...
Hello chapies,
