Message Boards Forum Info

I have a simple message board made of four main tables (Forums, Threads, Posts, and Members), and I need to build a query that runs on each forum, giving me the number of threads in it, and the total posts, plus information on the last post made on that forum. I managed to pull out the first two pieces of info, but I couldn't get the last post stuff right. I tried a number of combos without much success. Here is a brief description of my tables layout:

Forums
FORUM_ID int <= Primary Key
Name nvarchar(50)

Threads
THREAD_ID int <= Primary Key
FORUM_ID int (owner forum)
Subject nvarchar(64)

Posts
POST_ID int <= Primary Key
THREAD_ID int (owner thread)
MEMBER_ID int (owner member)
Body ntext
PostTime smalldatetime

Members
MEMBER_ID int <= Primary Key
FullName nvarchar(50)

Here is the query I have so far:


SELECT Forums.FORUM_ID, Forums.Name, COUNT(DISTINCT Threads.THREAD_ID) AS ThreadsCount,

COUNT(Posts.POST_ID) AS PostsCount

FROM Posts INNER JOIN

Threads ON Posts.THREAD_ID = Threads.THREAD_ID RIGHT OUTER JOIN

Forums ON Threads.FORUM_ID = Forums.FORUM_ID

GROUP BY Forums.FORUM_ID, Forums.Name

and now I'd like to get the following info: POST_ID and PostTime of the most recent Post in the Threads belonging to Forums, plus the FullName of the Member who sent that post.

I was able to get the PostTime of the recent post by simply adding a "MAX(Posts.PostTime)" to the select statement, but that's not enough. I need to fetch more columns from Posts, and eventually join to the Members table... and that's where I got lost...
