Positive Value

I have the following query

OutPut:

ChildName BillPayerName Cost
Mary Fred £50

Total Balance Blank

The problem is when I check for a value > 00.1 in the having clause the total balance column disappears.
But its ok if I use any other comparison operator.
I.e < 00.1.


Any ideas.
