change the subscription subject on the report to Total or a field.
On the subscription Data Driven Subscription does not exist.
Is there any other way to fix it?
I have data driven subscriptions which are working fine for some subscription and one i have newly developed which is used to send the missing punch report to employeesNow , when the subscription runs it shows that all have gone email in report server but some of they are not getting any email i have tested it on my id to send each ones report to me but i also get sometimes 2 of 15 , 4 of 15 or else but not all i also checked mailroot folder under my server's inetpub there are nothing stucks. How to check why is it not sending email to all employees ?

I tried to change table entries for dbo.Schedule and dbo.Subscriptions but the reports did not run. I also know that here are Jobs in the SQL Server Agent for the schedules. Now I need to understand how the mechanism works that updates the job entries from database tables. Is there a stored procedure which can be used?
Using SSRS 2008R2 is it possible to change the file extension of a CSV data driven subscription? I'm outputting a text file with a .csv extension, but users have access to these files and I don;t want them opened with Excel and then saved back in an incorrect format.
These are the options I have from the report "manage" option.

I want a total at the end of each row but I want the total to be broken down by 3 columns based on 3 possible values of a field in the dataset. The report expands as the date range entered is increased. I want the total of clinic id + service id + program id + protocol id + appointment date but I want the total column to be broken down by appts that have shown or not shown or canceled.
See screenshots below for seeing how I have it configured. Is this possible? I have tried every combination of possibilities but I keep getting the row total in each of the 3 columns comprised of the total column.

The last Total column displays the entire row count NOT separated by the show, no show, and cancel status'. I have tried filters and different expressions but keep getting the same output. Is this even possible?
I have the following record set; for each group where the code of OP=MTL summarize Cost; that is group 10-10= 300, group 20-20=300, group 30-30=600. Then I need to total groups 10-10 and 30-30.
I used ReportItems fields for each break as;
=SUM(IIF(Fields!OprSeq.Value=10 and Fields!RelatedOperation.Value = 10, Fields!Cost.Value,0), "Related Operation") etc,
But obviously when the result is false the ReportItem returns zero, and now I lost the value calculated previously.

Is it possible to set up a report subscription in SSRS where there is no value provided for the 'To' address, instead adding all recipients into the BCC field, so that each recipient receives a copy of the report without being able to see the other recipients?Note, i am wanting to create a data driven subscription rather than a static subscription. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have three SSRS reports that I modified. The original reports had several subscriptions associated with them. When I deployed the new reports, I placed the old reports into a folder called Archive and renamed them. Now I have these new reports with the original names of the first versions of the reports.
My question is is it possible to somehow replicate the schedules of the original reports to the new reports? There are about 30 subscriptions with between 5-10 recipients, and it would be a real pain to have to manually recreate those subscriptions.
We migrated ssrs from 2008 to ssrs 2014.after that we need to move only subscriptions to New 2014 report server DB.

I have a dataset with weekly salary of multiple employees of same grade from different dpt. We are not going to show the report based on employ. The report will be showing data based on Employee grade and their department.

I am working on reports in SSRS 2008 (not R2)... There are some reports with parameters that are hidden when the report is accessed through normal URL using ReportViewer.asx..The thing is that these hidden parameters need to be visible when the report is accessed using SSRS Report Manager.

I tried using advanced mode, find the first line the Grand Total section and set its "RepeatOnNewPage" to true, but, when I execute the report, it will throw an error something like the value of RepeatOnNewPage of the TablixMemeber must be the same as its previous object.

I have linked my report based on the NumbOfAccts column. I am able to get data if I click any of the NumbOfAccts values related to the state I want. However when I am not sure how to make the subtotal and grand total work. I want when I click on the subtotal of either coast, I should be able to see records of that coast e.g., if I select 37 I should be able to see all the records in East Coast. If I click on the Grand Total, I only want data related to those 2 coasts.
I have built an SSRS report and fetching my data from an ERP system, previously we have done the same way and the reports are working fine, but only one report which is also working fine but when the values displayed in Preview or Excel, we cannot see values in Excel, when we click on the cell we can see the values in formula bar, but not in the cell. When we select the cell and change the color it will then display the values. In this report many of the values are displayed correctly, but some are not displayed, so every time we need to change the color of entire report. This is causing issues to the end users.

There is one table which queries the database and I would like to change the table so there are more than 25 rows of data per page. How do I do this? Also it would be advantageous to know how to set the report to only create a new page for every different item in a column. E.g., if I have various data for each date, I would like to only create a new page when the date changes so that all data for a specific date is on one page etc etc.

My main report will pass dynamic number of account number to sub report, it depends on how many account number a person has. I have my sub report parameter Data Type set as "Allow multiple values" and the visibility is "Visible".
Currently, I am using the following expression to try to pass multi value from main report to sub report. I had tested the result of that expression. It is showing the following result when there are 3 account numbers to pass to sub report.

With that expression, when only one account no is pass from main report to sub report, the sub report will display the result. But when more than one account numbers are passing over, the sub report display nothing, it is blank.

*Note: I cannot put the account number into a multivalue parameter in the main report and pass from that parameter to sub report. I know this will workd BUT I had tried that by setting the default value in the multivalue parameter to the dataset that consists of the account number. That involves 100 thousand plus plus account numbers and it will for sure over the limit of 8000 characters.
I have 3 SSRS 2014 (Dev, UAT and Prod). I would like to change background colors of each environment and customize the title 'SQL Server Reporting Services' to ' SSRS Development'.
I prefer to implement both, a background color change and a title change. The reason for this is to clarify to end users which environment they are working with.

In report builder 2.0, I cannot determine how to display the number of times a field has been filled out when a one to many relationship is involved. I get an error every time I use two aggregates.

how can i pass my own parameter values in the subject of Subscription email?.for example i want to pass the employee ID in the subject.
I have a table called PJLabDet.Total_Hrs which is the sum of hours of 7 days.
I would like to get a running total for this field which would reset when my group (called PJLabDat.pjt_entity) changes.
I have written an expression and added it to a calculated field:
=IIF(fields!date1.value<IIF(fields!date2.value IS NOTHING, today(), fields!date2.value),"1","0")
The calculated field now returns either 1 or 0.
I want to now get a total of all the 1's, but when I try and get a total (=count(fields!totals.value = 1) then it just totals every row in the report.
How to get get a total of just the 1's? - e.g., sift out the 0's?
