SQL Server2005 And Login Control

Dear !
From Couple of days i waste my hours on it. but i fail to solve this problem.
Can we use SQL server 2005 and Login Control of ASP.NET. when i try to use it gives me an error.
 An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server.  When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
  May be it works with SQL Express Edition as in learning videos. But i want to use it wit SQL server 2005.
 Very intersting thing i create the Mange City Page. in this page it works perfect. in this page city table takes a parameter from dropdownlist. perfectly working. but with login page it gives me error.
