T-SQL (SS2K8) :: Need To Create (or Insert) A Row For Every Calendar Month

I have a Table with Financial Data in it and for Certain Accounts (the Key Field is actindx Column)there is no data for Certain Months.
I need a query to fill in the data for each Calendar_Month. This should look at the actindx column and Calendar_Month column if there is no data for a specific Month for that actindx I want it to copy all columns for that actindx and insert into a new row, but just puts Zero Dollars for ActivityDebit, ActivityCredit, and NetAmount.
I have created a CalendarMonth_Lookup Table. I assume there is a way to outer Join the two and insert rows or use an "IF" ,"THEN" type of Statement and just manually add the Calendar Month data.
I am including all the code to make the tables and Insert Data into them.

Hello,
I'm trying to get my head around this, any help would be appreciated. I have a calendar table I've created for use with a billing report. It would be great to have a column that had the first day of the month for every row entry (so for every row representing a day in february, that row would have February 1st, in datetime format). I thought it would be easy to create and populate this column at first, but I'm finding it much more difficult. Does anyone know how to populate this column?

i have inherited a sql database to work on and cannot seen to fix this error. its an availability calendar and at the end of each month a new month is generated, it by default makes all dates unavailable but i need them available. is this done in the database as a default??if a member has logged in recently then the avails populate fine but if they have not logged in for a while then they all show unavailable? i

I'm working on a project where a user wants to show there scheduled events on a calendar.
The way they want to show it is, displaying a bar across the days that the event takes place.
They want this on a web page and in Word. I'm using VFP 9.0 and I know it has web tools, but I've never used them. Could someone please point me in the right direction of how to do all of this?

I am wanting to create a custom workday calendar to show Monday - Friday as a workday, then go back and update a few holidays as non-workdays. This is the syntax I have to start with, but it is presenting with an error:

I need to create a week calendar from date in SQL 2012. Week date starts with Sunday regardless if first Sunday or last Sunday overlaps with previous or next month. For example, the first week in Sep 2015 starts on Sunday 8/30/2015 and ends in 9/5/2015. Too, the last week of Sep 2015 starts on 9/27/2015 and ends on 10/3/2015. Here is the final format:

i have a monthly production script that requires two forms of the prior month's date.'yyyymm' or '201411' and 'yyyy-mm-dd' or '2014-11-01'. The second date must have a day value of '1'. I have to use these date values in my script a half dozen times. Ive tried to declare two variables to accomodate but i can not get them correct.
I can execute the following:

Background is that I am recreating charts in SSRS that were being created in Excel. The source data is residing in a SQL Server database. This statement adds two additional months to which is fine :
DATENAME(MM,dd.date)+ ' ' + DATENAME(D,dd.date) + ', ' + DATENAME(YY,dd.date)
but if my month is November and two months is added, the year does not change, it stays the same. how do I make the year change when two months are added toward the end of the year.

how to return the 3 month rolling average count per username? This means, that if jan = 4, feb = 5, mar = 5, then 3 month rolling average will be 7 in April. And if apr = 6, the May rolling average will be 8.
Columns are four:
username, current_tenure, move_in_date, and count.

I'm working on inserting data into a table in a database. The table has two separate triggers, one for insert and one for update (I don't like it this way, but that's how it's been for years). When there is a normal insert, done via a program, it looks like the triggers work fine. When I run an insert manually via a script, the first insert trigger will run, but the update trigger will fail. I narrowed down the issue to a root cause.
This root issue is due to both triggers using the same temporary table name. When the second trigger runs, there's an error stating that a few columns don't exist. I went to my test server and test db and changed the update trigger so that the temporary table is different than the insert trigger temporary table, the triggers work fine. The weird thing is that if the temporary table already exists, when the second trigger tries to create the temporary table, I would expect it to fail and say that it already exists.I'm probably just going to update the trigger tonight and change the temporary table name.

Hello what I'd like to display the following in a matrix report:

So, in the rows I have the articles and in the column the selected month via parameter. In another column I need to sum up all monthly values up to the selected month, meaning in this example the sum of jan, feb and mar per article.

I'm wanting to create reports in SSDT 2012 which is connected to a 2008R2 database. I want to have parameters on for my reports where a user is able to select a year such as 2014. Unfortunate my table containing the data has two columns with a date value. the first is of the int type and contains an epoch formatted date. I'm trying to create a WHERE statement that will calculate values from our current fiscal year to the last complete month.I'm using code that was created for us that does the calculations for our entire fiscal years. I thought I had fixed the WHERE statement to work like we wanted last year, but it appears to be broken now after trying it again in January and February. I'm guessing my WHERE statement only works for March and up, but how to get it to work for every month. Most attempts I'm trying it's just returning very large and inaccurate values.
I included my WHERE statement below of what I originally had that worked last year. The @BeginYear/Month/etc are retrieved from a different table and @Month is just set to MONTH(GETDATE())-1.

I am having SP which gives, two result sets. The columns which are coming from result sets are also dynamic.
i.e. some time 5 columns and some time 10 columns.
Now I want to load this output into 2 different tables on daily basis. This would be truncate/delete table and load again.
Now my problem is that as I am not sure about columns, Is it possible to create table(Physical Table) depends on output of SP, and after load data into it.
During each load we can drop table, No issue and we can handle this through SSIS Package.
