Transact SQL :: Create Email Report Which Gives Result Of Multiple Results From Multiple Databases In Table Format

I'm trying to create an email report which gives a result of multiple results from multiple databases in a table format bt I'm trying to find out if there is a simple format I can use.Here is what I've done so far but I'm having troble getting into html and also with the database column:
Hi, I am a beginner of Reporting Service. I am trying to create a report using multiple databses. For example, I want to create a report called RevenueByCustomer, so I need to get data from the Customer Table of CRM database, which contains customer information, and I also need to get data from Transaction table of Sales database, which contains all the revenue information. In order to get data from both database, I have created two dataset. One is Customer dataset, which get all required customer data from CRM database, and the other is Revenue dataset, which gets data from Sales database, they used seperate datasource (because each datasource only contains one database connection). Now my problem is how can I make them be displayed in one report ? It seems to be like a Master-Detail report, I need to sum up all trasactions for a particular customer and also need to display the customer name with each TotalAmount, but how can I make these two dataset can be merged together or used an extra query to do it?

This Query below is used to calculate the total amount for each customer in Revenue dataset:

I have a criteria where i want to join table 1 with table 2 , table 1 consists of products which were given to salesman to sell and table 2 has the sales data which salesman has sold out. Now i want to know left over products of each sales with join .Below is my data, here is what i am trying to do, but it return only salesman 1 data.

I am in the process of creating a Report, and in this, i need ONLY the row groups (Parents and Child).I have a Parent group field called "Dept", and its corresponding field is MacID.I cannot create a child group or Column group (because that's not what i want).I am then inserting rows below MacID, and then i toggle the other rows to MacID and MacID to Dept.
my report having 10 columns, i can explain my need with example that is, assume like this customer id is first column of my table customer id is 101 it having 3 departments a1,b1,c1,perticular department that is a1 having emp1,b1 having emp2,c1 having emp 3.
i want output like this when clicking + customer id driildwon it display 3 departments taht is a1,b1,c1, when +a1 drill down clicking i need to dispaly emp1, corresponding b1 to emp2 , c1 to emp 3.
above explanation is only one column of the table, like that iam also displaying this driiling procedure for remaining different columns.
and i need to display customer information by weekly,daily,monthly,yearly at bottom of the report

I have a query running and returning 3 columns, user name, e-mail and device name

From here I would like to generate an e-mail to each user (like mail merge) to each user in the table an include their machine name. I can do it with PS, but rather have it run directly from SQL. Is it possible?
If it possible to have an if statement match multiple results, as to not have to use the OR multiple times.
Example: I want to say, if Description equals red or blue or green or yellow or orange or black or white or pink, without having to use OR and OR and OR. Description can match 10 different values.
Lets say for example I have a table named Drier_Lot_Recipients with columns grower_id int, crop_year int, and email_address varchar(100). This table contains users that would like to receive an SSRS report I created on daily basis.

I have table "dbo.instances" with list of instances. I have databases from "sys.databases".
How can I execute the query to get principals information from "sys.database_principals" on each remote instance and database. I know that can use cursor, but not sure how to do this with multiple servers and databases.
hi in my aspx page, user enters multiple email ids separated by comma. i want to store all this email ids in one table under the field "PresenterEmail".
My application uses 2 databases from 2 different server. When i create a report model in business intellegence development studio I can only create 1 datasource for each database, and 1 datasource view for each datasource. Then when I create a new report, I can only use one datasource.
Is it possible that my report can be built on more than one databases?
I'm trying to create a database that takes specific information from a number of databases on different servers to make some reporting that we have much easier.
I'm pretty new to SQL so I'm not sure of the best way to proceed. I read an article that suggested I use the OPENROWSET command. The problem is, the version of SQL that came with one of the programmes we use is limited and will not allow you to turn on the allow "Ad Hoc distributed Queries" so the SLQ statement will not execute.
I'm confused why it won't let me to connect through ODBC as I've created a web page that selects data from this database with no problems!
Here is the SQL statement that I've written to make sure it is the correct one (on the msdn library page it said that this was the ODBC connection):

I have 7 source databases and one target database, all using the same structure. The structure is made of 10 tables, with foreign key constraints.
I need to merge the source databases into the target (which won't have any data before that process, but will already have the correct schema), and to keep the relationships between the records.
I know how to iterate over the source databases (with SMO foreach), but I'd like to know if someone can advise the best copy method for that context in SSIS ? (I don't want to keep the primary keys, but I need to keep the relationships...)
I am trying to restore multiple .bak backup SQL database files onto a new server. However, I have found that it will not allow me to restore multiple databases at once. Is there a way to do this so that I do not have to manually upload one at a time? I tried adding all the .bak files at once to the backup device window but it only did the first one listed. It would be so much easier to restore them all at once so that I do not have to continue this manual process. I am restoring them via device.
I have a job below, which takes the results and send to the users in email.But I have a question, how can I send only one email with all rows, not to send the for every row on table separated email.

The problems I am having are with the integer data being used to create temp table fields. The bracketed numbers on line 7-10 give me an invalid column name error each. In the 'FOR', I get another error "Incorrect syntax near 'FOR'. Expecting '(', or '.'.". The first integer in the "IN" gives me an "Incorrect syntax near '[4981]'. Expecting '(' or SELECT". I will post the definitions from another effort below.
Hello, I am in the progress of designing a new section of my database and was thinking of creating a hole new database instead of just creating tables inside the database. My question is can you JOIN multiple tables in an SQL Statement from multiple databases. Ie, In the Management program I have a database called 'Convention' and another one called 'Services', inside the two databases there are many tables. Can I link say tblRegister from Convention to tblUser in Services? Thanks
The problem I'm having is that I need a cursor to return multiple results into 1 .NET System.Data.DataTable, and I don't know if it's possible. Actually, the real problem I'm having is that whoever designed this database did a poor job and if it weren't for one small thing I could do this all with aggregates...
But more specifically, this is what I need to accomplish. I have written a cursor that I know works - when I run it in MS SQL Query Analyzer, I get the results I want, but it's returned in multiple tables. I am maintaining a .NET application with some pretty lousy performance and I'm trying to boost it up. I need to take the cursor's results, stuff them into a DataTable, and then return that table to my web application to render.
In my C# code, I am using a SqlDataAdapter to execute my query. This is what I'd like to do...
/*assume query is my working cursor, InvoiceDBConnection is not null, and dt is an empty, non-null DataTable*/
SqlDataAdapter sda = new SqlDataAdapter(query, InvoiceDBConnection); sda.Fill(dt);
... but this doesn't work, and it makes sense, I guess...since the cursor returns multiple "tables" (not sure if that's actually how the data is returned).
So is there any way to accomplish what I want to do? Or do I have to do it the crappy way it's done now by running my aggregate query and then using a really time-consuming for loop on my results to make the necessary adjustment?
We should support multiple language(Latin,chinese,japanese,korea) in one report when exporting to PDF format in reporting service. We have used Arial Unicode as our font. But when we exported the report, the korean language item can not be displayed. Any idea on that? Thanks a lot.

I have 4 databases in the same space.My users use all of them and use the same username and password to log into these 4 databases.In each of these databases,i have put a control table to allow me to keep track of all users that have to reset their passwords.
The control table consists of the username and flag fields.When the flag is ON(1) the user is forced to reset thier password and if the flag is OFF(0) they are not.
When a user logs into any one of these databases and they have to reset thier password,how do i make sure that all the other tables in other databases are also updated to make sure that the user is not forced to reset their password again when they log into those other databases later since they are using the same username and password for all databases.

I have multiple databases in the server and all my databases have tables: stdVersions, stdChangeLog. The stdVersions table have field called DatabaseVersion which stored the version of the database. We have our replication environment with a separate SQL 2014 publisher, distributor and subscriber. We have a table named DPSP on 14 databases which is to be published via transactional replication to 1 subscription database.
The source tables are identical in name, schema and clustered index. We have created 14 tables in the subscription database with a suffix to the name (see below):
