I've tried running wsreset but it keeps happening.

Apps :: Store Apps Crash With File System Error (-2143326205)?
Oct 9, 2015I have been facing the File System error (-2143326205) ever since I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
Error description: All Windows Store Apps (Metro/modern/whatever they are called now) crash when I am not online. The Photos app is by far the only app that has given me an error dialog box. I can assume that all apps are crashing for the same reason because all of them start working again when I get back online.
I am not a great fan of these modern apps and the user interface clutter caused by them and hardly use them. But there are some games like Minesweeper that I want to play when I am on the go. I dunno why Microsoft even made calc a modern app (can't even multiply big numbers when not connected).
So far, I have not been able to find a proper solution to this problem. I guess it is a problem in Windows 10 itself and it will take a while for Microsoft to set it right. But I have an idea. Is there any software that creates a fake internet adapter that is always connected to the internet so that the apps think that I am online and don't crash? Is there an actual working solution?

Aug 18, 2015I'm installing Windows 10 on new computer for my organization . I try to configure one with fresh install (package of apps like Libreoffice, VLC, etc. for users) and custom desktop describes in this tutorial:
Default User Profile - Customize in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums It works fine, in audit mode I install apps, drivers, custom desktop and configure default apps like google chrome for internet browser, adobe reader for pdf files etc. then I run the command line to enter oobe mode generalize. Everything is ok, I continue my install. Then I create new user local account. And when windows starts, I have my custom desktop but default apps are removed (Microsoft Edge replace Chrome, Pdf files are read with Edge, etc.) and Apps Windows like "Weather" or "Actualities" crash .

Jan 6, 2016I am using Windows 10 Professional edition. Following some random Windows Update a few months ago, my default Windows 10 weather app (the one that can be pinned to the start menu) displays the temperature properly and updates regularly, however, if I click to open it, it opens blank....basically, the window is just the blue background with the little icon of the sun in the center.
This app used to work 100% before.Lastly, I remember my calendar app not opening at all when Windows 10 was fresh. It would immediately close upon opening the calendar app. However, following some random Windows Update, the calendar app started working properly.
I "upgraded" to Windows 10 from 8.1, but I did a FULL install and chose to "save nothing" from 8.1, so it is about as legit as it can get to being a full installation and not an upgrade.
PS, it doesn't seem to matter if I enable to disable background data for the Weather app in privacy settings. I have tried it out both ways, and either way, on or off, the live tile for the weather app still updates, but opens blank and won't show me the large view when I click on it.
I don't use any other apps, I have not downloaded any other apps from the app store, and I have deleted some of the apps that came with Windows 10. I prefer to use my web browser for most things.

i already tried uninstall the app, which cause me stuck, because i cant install it anymore i also already tried wsreset, not working i disable few stuff... tried turn back on but nothing working...
turn on back location/position function to on (i disabled it) also in local group policy , i set back to allow microsoft account (i set to block sign-in because i dont want to login)
i read that there is another method that stop windows update service then move/rename softwaredistribution... so windows update make new fresh directory i havent tried it, because it seems there is something wrong with the app itself and if possible i dont want to messing with system files.
No Application Shows On Screen Even Though It Has Been Launched
Nov 25, 2015I just received this new wintel box with dual boot android and win10, the android version works fine, however, windows 10 behaves strangely, I click for example on MS edge, it launches, if you hover over it on the taskbar it shows with the small window but there is no way it actually launches on the screen! all the applications behave similarly, after fiddling a bit, I could only launch windows explorer by right clicking on the taskbar and choosing win explorer the only application that launched and I could actually see and work with.

Aug 12, 2015When I click file and print i get an error saying internal error can not print. this locks up the picture viewer (any picture viewer) and the only way to close it is to end it in task manger.
I can print from any other application so i know its not my printer driver.
