I have had 2 BSODs pointing to AuthenticAMD over the past few days. I have had other BSODs recently as well.
All of them should be compiled in the attachment.
I have had the Processor and the RAM replaced previously, still was having issues so got the MOBO replaced which fixed most of the issues but I am wondering whether the faulty MOBO could have screwed up the replacements of the CPU and/or the RAM again?
I just put a new RAM, 2GB, on my computer, and when I turned it on, it worked nice for about 3 minutes. Then it suddenly froze compltely with nothing responding. First Firefox, then My Computer window, then everything, all this in about 10s. After another 20s, blue screen showing "critical process died" showed up. I managed to see that out of 4GB that I now had, 3,25 were usable (I thought W10 x32 supports 4GB?). I am uploading a report. I am almost aboslutely certain that this had something to do with the new RAM since before that it worked just fine, and now fine again after I removed the new one.
View 3 RepliesI recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have had a few BSODs. One was a System_Service_Exception dxgkrnl.sys.
The other I'm not sure of. The manufacturer's site for Windows 10 drivers has not been updated, and I'm worried about accidentally upgrading the wrong ones and video card driver updates (if that is part of the problem) specifically have given me fits in the past.

Note: At the moment I am using GSkill 4*4GB 2666Mhz DDR4 memories. I ordered 64gb kit, that is why I stated that memory kit at the bottom.

This is on a dell venue pro 11 tablet with windows 10 pro. I downloaded an offline map in settings, then map app would not load. When I click on map, it pop up for 3 seconds then gone. I tried run App troubleshooter.

I downloaded and installed windows 10 home premium version on my desktop. The blue screen have been annoying me time by time when I'm using OS properly. There are several errors shows up every often, such as bad pool xxxx, page management, no area paged found. I tried reinstalled OS but the problems still exist. How to solve those errors. Someone said its caused by the drive software which I don't know how to pick it up from so many drive tools in my system. By the way, is there anyway to solve problems directly except downloading new OS version again?Currently running home premium 10240
View 1 RepliesI recently updated my HP to Windows 10. During setup after I logged in, I got the BSOD. I thought there was nothing wrong until I logged in and found out that I didn't have Start Menu access. About 10 seconds later, the BSOD came up again. Now every time I log in, about 10 to 30 seconds after login, I get the BSOD.

Now when I start using uTorrent i get BSODs (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA), and due to my lack of knowledge can't figure out where it comes from. I read a few posts, updated my WLAN drivers (had some different issues with that also), set the computer to make dmp files, but I lack the knowledge to read them, and see the cause of the problem. I saw there might be hardware problems, driver problems, memory caching problems, and so on, and all of them go beyond my knowledge. Down here I attached my dmp file.

I have been having an issue for a few weeks now where my computer will BSOD or freeze whenever I play certain games.
At first I thought it was a specific game (Xcom 2) that was doing it, but it has since started happening while playing other games that didn't have that issue in the past (One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 and Sonic Racing Transformed).
I included the file as requested on the posting instructions.
Note I ran the program today, but I havent had a crash since yesterday so I am unsure if the information will be there? If necessary I can run Xcom 2 for a while to force a crash, but for obvious reasons I would prefer not to if it isn't needed.
My Windows 10 Machine has gone into a freezing state tre times today. And I have to do a Hard shutdown to get it back up.
I taught to my self 2 times is a coincidence and 3 is a pattern!. The thing is, I haven't installed or updated anything on it for the past few days.

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 home last week. However, today, while I was playing with my PS4, my PC randomly got 2 BSOD with in 3 minutes time frame. I was not using my PC. It was turned on, idling. After the first BSOD, the PC restarted and within 3 min another BSOD.I ran Memtest and Prime95, and played GTA 5 without any failures.

I was trying to install a driver to see if the performance would increase. It crashed my system. Also, a crash occurred yesterday and the day before yesterday.

I am using Dell inspiron laptop (pretty old one) which started acting weirdly. Upon examining, there was a problem with HDD so I had it changed.
As soon as I got new HDD installed and installed Windows 10 on it, computer started acting weird again - slow startups, random freeze etc.- but it was running ok and I was fine with it. But earlier today, it suddenly displayed BSOD and crashed when it was idle. Now to the main and the funny part, it does not boot anymore. To elaborate, blank screen appears after BIOS screen (right when the logo of windows should be displayed) and it remains blank for several more minutes before the logo and spinning dots magically appear, it doesnt disappear thereafter.
I figured, I could run startup repair or some other tool to solve the problem by booting from the DVD of windows 10. Now for this one, the logo appears with the spinning dots which disappears after a while like it should. And after it disappears, blank screen persists thereafter. Dumbfounded, I tried booting from a USB stick of Windows 8 I had which gave the same problem.
Last night I accidentally hit 'hibernate' and as i was in a rush i held the power button. Low and behold i woke up this morning went to put it on and got to the BSOD. I basically get to the login screen, login and then it repeats. Ive had the BSOD before but it just restarted and everything was fine. Now I'm trying to turn the pc on and its stuck in a reboot cycle, doesn't get to the login screen. I've literally tried everything, the PC won't even reset or anything. Genuinely stuck....

I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. How to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

It didn't identify the right hard disk.So I repaired the boot with macrium reflect recovery disk.I booted to windows, and after five minutes, I get a BSOD complaining of the failure of a critical file. It was unable to create a log.I restored my system from a macrium reflect system image, and so far so good. normally I would blame it on the electricity flickering on and off, but my pc is powered through a UPS, so a flaky electricity supply shouldn't be an issue.
View 5 RepliesMy PC is crashing nearly every 30min but Bluescreen view has only showed a problem with an USB driver which I already updated and now Bluescreen view doesn't log anymore Bluescreens but my System is still crashing.
My PC is Overclocked and has a 750w power supply.
I already tried reinstalling Windows 10 but it didn't work.
I'm crashing too often to make much progress.
So far I've seen memory fault exception and security kernel BSODs.
And a system service exception just now.

I've gotten the BOSD 7 times today. The BOSD said it was because of various things throughout the day, at first it said it was Memory Management, but after that I just started to get annoyed.
Checking back through the event logs, the bugcheck says the errors were: 0x00000050; 0x000000ef ; 0x0000001a; 0x0000000a; 0x00000139; 0x000000c1
If it isn't obvious, I really don't know how to solve this or if the bugcheck errors useful at all. What I do know is that I was just using google chrome when some of the crashes happened. Also during the day, several times I booted up my computer and logged in and then went away for 5 minutes after logging in (without doing anything). When I came back, it was obvious that my computer had restarted.
