CD Doesn't Appear On Explorer

When I place a music CD in my drive, winamp can play it normally but when I try to open it, even with hidden files on, it shows as empty. I have already tried with other CD's and a DVD (VLC can play with when I select the drive E: but it shows at empty in explorer.

So I upgraded to Win 10 and so far I like it, but a problem which I find annoying:
Whenever I open file explorer the window tends to move from where I placed it. What I mean is I place the window directly in the center, as I like it. When I open it again, it will be displayed at the very top of the screen. When I close it and open it again it will be displayed at the bottom of the screen on the left. The window seems to change places every time it is opened.
Nothing major, but I am OCD about keeping windows centered and organized haha so is there a way to keep the window in one spot? Is this a bug or is this supposed to happen?

Every time I go to "This PC" section in my file explorer it never loads and is very slow. If I try to launch it from the Start I get what's shown in the pic. I can still navigate to other places on my drive and access the files as such but I cant use this section.

Just noticed that clicking on this option doesn't open it in file explorer like it does on my Windows 7 machine. I can browse my FTP drive fine from within internet explorer 11. It's not a major issue as I can type the address in file explorer and get it that way. It's just a little frustrating this option doesn't work.

I always like to have my Windows positioned in a certain way on my desktop, and even though some programs remain, a lot don't (i.e. 'This PC' & 'Documents' folder) never stay in the same place. It's always random when opened. Not a major issue I know. But annoying all the same. Is there a fix or workaround?

Updated to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 two weeks ago.
Had problems with Firefox. Tried to download to replace existing Firefox. CNET site appeared to be correct but something seemed wrong so I killed the download. But.
- The windows start menu doesn't come up when I click on the icon, but if I right-click, a text menu does appear and lets me, for example, shut down.
.- If I click on the Windows End icon in the task bar, the screen flashes but End does not come up. Ditto for the Windows Store icon.
- Somewhere SpyBot S&D was erased, but I was able to download it.
- If I double-click on a photo in Windows Explorer, I get a popup that lists the name of the jpeg and says Invalid Entry to Registry. If I right click on the photo and go to any of the options the photo is opened except if I choose Photo.
- Firefox cannot properly display the Yahoo mail page, though Pale Moon and Opera can.
- I have Avast Anti-Virus and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and when I run their scans, they find no issues.

I can't get as far as installing Windows10. The "Get Windows 10 app" tells me that this PC doesn't have enough RAM, so says I can't install it. If I try to manually create the media from the Media Creation Tool, it downloads then says: "You need to install at least 2GB RAM before you can install and run Windows 10. Contact the PC manufacturer to see if you can install more RAM." The only option is to close the window.
I am running Windows 7 Pro x64. I have 8GB RAM. Here's the screen dump from the Get Windows 10 app with my computer info in the background:

I get a response that 'it didn't open in a timely manner'.

I've got a lot of PDF's in my User directory, which according to the Indexing service has been indexed (and it says it's done and has indexed thousands of files). PDF's are set to search file properties only. When I search for any of the PDF's by name though I don't find them. I've tried rebuilding the index and no luck. According to the Indexing settings (default) it is indexing the users folder.

I have a laptop ASUS Zenbook UX303LN. I made a clean install to Windows 10 and now it doesn't shut down properly.
When I shut it down, the screen goes black, but the power light remains on and I have to shut it down manually. Also, I sometimes cannot restart it when it goes to sleep and I also have to shut it down manually. This doesn't happen everytime, but most of the time. I previously had Windows 8.1 and did not have this problem. Actually, I'm considering changing back.
The OS and drivers are all up to date.
I have research this issue and the most common fixes are: Uncheck the "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"Use a shortcut for "shutdown /s /t 5"
I've tried both and the problem remains.
These are the videos / articles I've found on the subject:

I'm not able to turn on bluetooth on my Compaq 510 laptop. So I thought of uninstalling and re-installing my bluetooth driver, which happened to be Microsoft Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) Driver version 10.0.10586.0 ( dated 2006-06-21 ). Now I'm not able to find this driver again. I'm facing with the bluetooth.

Having problems with Internet connectivity in windows 10 while having eset nod32 9 installed?I did the latest update to windows 10, and now my Internet doesn't work. I get an error while trying to repair of "windows sockets registry entries required for Internet connectivity are missing". I un-install eset, Internet comes back immediately.
This is a common problem, but people don't seem to be connecting it with their virus scanner. Installing free avast makes the computer go directly into repair mode and won't even boot. Windows 10 seems to not like virus scanners. It is a fresh build, OEM windows 10 home, tried to reinstall the system twice with the same results.

I have a program group that contains a bunch of shortcuts. Some are applications. Some are shortcut links to web pages or web-based control panels. The problem is that ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, searching doesn't find the web shortcuts.
For example, "Password Generator" is a desktop app and a shortcut to it appears in this program group. So I press the Windows key and type "pass" and "Password Generator" pops right up. "Avast Cloud" also appears in this program group, a shortcut for [URL] ....
But when I hit the Windows key and type "avast" I get nothing. I can click through the "All apps" menu and it's there, but search can't find it. I have rebuilt the index, of course. But this behavior is very consistent and applies to all shortcuts that go to a URL. It means I spend extra time hunting things in the menu rather than pulling them right up with search.

My system is home built, the boot drive being a Samsung 850 EVO series m.2 SSD. Win 10 was installed via USB, the ssd being the only installed drive. Installation was very quick and easy and once booted the PC performs very nicely.
However, very time it starts from shutdown, on the 1st attempt it reaches the Windows logo and shuts down.. I can guarantee that the 2nd attempt results in a perfect startup. I don't know if this: "BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED SystemRootSystem32driversdxgkrnl.sys" is relevant.
All drivers seem to be up to date and working. Safe mode it starts 1st time. Fast boot enabled/disabled makes no difference.

I ran Windows 8.1 on my desktop machine a few months ago, and later upgraded to Windows 10. Everything worked great at that time, but since have replaced Windows with Linux. Now I'm trying to install Windows again, with the same 8.1 disk that I used for my earlier installation, and my ethernet connection isn't found. (this is a direct wired ethernet, not wireless) I've installed with a local user account, dug into every networking utility in Windows, but whatever I do the internet goes undetected. I've run the ethernet thru different routers, and even circumvented the router all-together, but no luck. Has my 8.1 disk "expired"?
