Copy Paste Not Working From Edit Menu Or Ctrl Keys

Since upgrade we cannot copy paste ANYTHING! It's giving us a copyright disabled function in google docs. My son has to copy and paste articles for class and now we can't.

When trying to copy and paste a file from File Explorer (or Desktop), my "Paste" operations remains disabled. As if the copy operation never actually copied the file. I also noticed that when I select "Cut" (file/icon becomes somewhat transparent), then moment I right click on the location where I would like to paste, the file/icon that the transparency stops, and once again the "Paste" function is not available.
The same goes for Ctrl+X/Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. This also does not work.
When I boot into safe mode the operation works however, and intermittently in "normal" mode the operation does work. It seems as if some service/driver/thing stops the functionality.
Never had a problem before in copying and pasting files, from one External Hdd to another External Hdd.
All of a sudden windows 10 will not let me copy and paste multiple files, will only let me copy and paste single files only. I have used copy and paste, Ctrl C and Ctrl V, used copy to folder and paste to folder.
I am finding it impossible to copy and paste from Photos. Am I overlooking something? I want to watermark my images, and am unable to, without emailing them to me, downloading them, then uploading them to my watermark program...too many steps!
How do I add the keyboard shortcut command "ctrl+F" to the Internet Explorer context menu? I know where I need to go in the registry to add an item to the context menu of Internet Explorer, but I don't know how to add a keyboard shortcut.
I had hoped Windows 10 corrected the "rename user account" function but nope. I renamed a User Account due to conflict on the LAN [same name, same spelling] and sure enough, now I have two names for the account, one a slightly hidden original name, and permissions issues. To rid it, I will create an all new Administrator account, move everything over, and demolish the old. How to do? the docs/files are easy... the settings for apps etc are not as I recall
After I fixed that annoying ass BSoD error I have been getting by doing a reset of the system NOW I am getting the error "Some settings are managed by your organization" under the Personalization/Start tab.
I can't edit ANY of them despite doing so just after updating and it's really starting to annoy me.
Windows 10 Automatically installed the build that came out about 10 December. When I did the install, the NUM LOCK refuses to work on the right hand keypad.
I searched for the registry edit and all I find is this fix [URL]..... The thing is, when I get to Keyboard, I've no strings to edit. I thought, "hey, permissions are an issue". But I give all the required permissions. I've disabled the FastStartUp / Boot and did a restart.
I'm willing to build DWord strings but I'm really rusty. I roll the system back to about about 2 December, and all is well. What the heck changed?
I'm in a Dell Studio XPS 9100. I thought "hey, let me get the driver updates for windows 10 and the keyboard" Dell forced me into the downloads for its backup (DSD I believe--hate that) and the system update check. In truth, I'm puzzled as to why my XPS9100 is supposedly a 64-bit system and all I get are 32-bit updates as well.
I know, lots of stuff going on. Anyhow, I'm stuck. I am deferring any upgrades where I can. I created a manual restore point so I can dump out anything that's forced on me and go back to where the darn keyboard works.
I'm the single user and the ADMIN. I've uploaded a screen print of the registry
I was looking to see if there is a way to add the W7 File, Edit, Tools, Help, etc. Menus to W10 Folders. I searched but found nothing at all. Maybe I am not searching correctly or calling it the correct thing.
If not, is there any way to add commands to the Quick Access Toolbar in Folders? I see you can add some limited stuff like Redo, Rename, etc. But I would like to add some basic commands like copy and paste, etc.
After installing windows 10 on my HP laptop PC, some keyboard keys have stopped working. The keys that don't work are: { 'escape' 'g' 'h' 'backspace' }. I am sure it is not a hardware problem because on occasion, all the keys that previously did not work, start working again. In fact, as I am typing this thread, my keys are working correctly. When they stop working, I try to uninstall or update the driver in device manager but that does not work. Keep in mind this started happening after installing Windows 10. I have not had this problem in Windows 8.1.
I wonder if there is a way (through editing system files or registry) to change Windows 10 Start Menu "All apps" to something else like "My Programs". Also where is the icon file located in the system and how to change the default icon.
I have 3 photo edit/print programs on board, all of which worked perfectly under windows 7. However, since upgrading (?) to 10 I now find that none of them work properly, various problems, particularly printed image size. For instance, I wanted to print a 6" x 4" photo at actual size, but could only get it to print to full A4. After much fiddling & cussing I thought I had managed to get it to behave, only to find that it would then only print out at 3" x 2"!!! Is the problem with the software or is it the printer/laptop setup? I use an Epson XP-700 printer.
Ever since i upgraded to windows 10 pro, ive been unable to print because whenever i press ctrl-p, in any program like word, excel, pdf viewer, anything the print dialog doesnt show up, instead the cursor changes to the busy sign and it just freezes there. i have to manually close the app via task manager. However, I've noticed on one occasion that if i wait really really long ( > 15 min) the print dialog eventually pops up. ctrl p works in chrome, but when it loads the default print dialog the same problem repeats.
