I have created Eject "N", etc for each drive letter from G-Z and they all work. They will safely remove my external HDDs. I have also created a context menu entry for Safely Remove > and it has a string value for subcommands, none of which will show when hovered upon. I need to move all of my Eject entries under the Safely Remove in order to keep my context menu clutter free.how to do this?

Today I got an update, and I noticed afterwards that the Windows 10 context menu when you right click the desktop went back to the old version and not the Windows 10 version. Also, the context menu for right clicking in the taskbar turned black in the background. Not sure what changed and how to make things the way I remember.

Any way to add an email client to the Send To context menu in Windows 10?
Here's what I want to be able to do:
1. Right click file or files
2. Choose Send To> Mail Client
3. Have a blank email draft open with the files attached
The reason I want to be able to do this is because the current method takes longer. See below:
1. Open Mail Client
2. Select New Mail
3. Select Attach
4. Navigate to files
5. Select files
Currently there is a "Mail Recipient" within the context menu, but it is not compatible with any of the mail clients I've used (Gmail app, Windows Mail app, Mailbird). I've tried adding these to the SendTo folder in WindowsApps, but this only opens the app, not a blank email with the files already attached.

I do have the "Send to" context menu entry in windows explorer but there's only Bluetooth Device listed (and I even have this turned off, go figure). There is no E-Mail Recipient like it used to in my previous Windows installation.
I've tried the 7/8 Forums recommendations but my "Send to" folders in Default and User already contain the MAPI entry. I even deleted it and re-did it according to the tutorial but to no avail.
There's a fix it EXE available from some forum that fixes some Reg Entries but it was for Vista and does not work for Win10.

I finished upgrading my laptop to Window 10 Pro and I got Microsoft Money Sunset and Frontpage 2003 working. So I am happy.
An old problem came back, after a shutdown, the system "resumes" instead of starting without the option of allowing me to get into the bios. I had a fix for that for Windows 8.1 but when I tried that for Windows 10, let just say I was glad I had created a restore point.
So if your are listening Brink will you be updating your registry fix for Windows 10?

@="Open &With Notepad"[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT*shellopencommand]@="notepad.exe %1"
The above don't seem to give me open with notepad in context menu unlike in win7.

I spent yesterday fiddling with my context menu (Right-Click Menu). I downloaded and installed nearly a dozen different apps/programs. I settled on a couple and went to work adding commands. Here's the problem: Once the items show up in the Context/Right Click menu, there's no way to arrange them. Alphabetically, for example. They appear alphabetical in the software interface and in the registry, but not in the menu itself.

I hope this hasn't been already asked. I'm trying to get my "Start Menu" to look similar to the below right image. I've read tutorials and I simply do not have or can not find the "Customize Start Menu" dialogue box. I am currently running the final release of Windows 10 Enterprise x64.

The situation is I can't add any item to the "start list', which is the list on the left of the start icons. As far as I've read, it's supposed to be as easy as dragging an icon, but it can't be done I get an "x" when I reach the destination at the left.Strange also, is that in my context menu there is no option named "start list", which posters point as an option to add a program icon to the list. Also, right clicking on an item on start list does not show me the "remove from this list option".

I'm trying to remove what I suppose are some sort of system items, Mail, Alarms & Clock, Calculator etc. from the "All Apps" menu. Can't do it. They don't appear in the Windows/Start folder either.
I'm never going to use some of these "apps", which I assume is the new hip way of saying "programs". How can I delete?

I beta tested Windows 10 several months back, previous to the version I tested, if you removed all the pined tiles from the start menu, it would look more like the conventional start menu. However in the few version I tested, even if you unpinned all the tiles, the start menu was still 1/2 the screen, the tile area was just blank..
I have a free upgrade from Windows 7, but If they didn't go back to allowing you to remove tiles from the start menu and get more of a traditional start menu, I'm sticking with Windows 7..
Also, if I did upgrade to Windows 10, can you go back to windows 7, either by Uninstalling the upgrade and/or be reinstalling Windows 7? or does it convert and remove your Windows 7 license key there by deleting your ability to go back to Windows 7?
