Jan 24, 2016New build. From a fresh install of windows 10 i try to install the drver for my IGPU Intel HD 530. each time i do that i get a BSOD with this message:

I've tried drivers from motherboard manufacturer CD, website and intel and some autodetect driver software. I always get the same behavior:
The screen start blinking several time ( black screen) before showing the BSOD then reboot and repeat it self. Even the driver downloaded by windows update have the same impact.
I've managed to install it in safe mode but when i restart in normal mode i get the same behavior.
I've tried 2 different monitors, VGA and HDMI , tried with UEFI on/off => same result.
I've tweaked once the tdr delay to 8 second, but didn't work.

AMD Error No Graphics Driver Is Installed
Aug 1, 2015Recently I got my free windows 10 upgrade. Once I upgraded I wanted to see if I got any new drivers to install so I deleted my drivers and now once I installed them back I get the error "No AMD Graphics driver is installed or the amd driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD Driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I have dual graphics. They are AMD Mobility radeon HD 4200 series and AMD mobility radeon HD 5000 series. In device manager HD 5000 has error code 43 and HD 4200 says no drivers installed for this device.

Dec 20, 2015My graphics driver crashes very often, followed by a message saying that the graphics driver has crashed and recovered. This never happened before upgrading to Windows 10. It happens most often when I'm playing Hearthstone, but also occasionally elsewhere. Today my computer itself crashed due to this for the first time, giving me an error message that I don't remember. When I'm playing Hearthstone, it sometimes happens every 5 seconds or so, being frozen for about 5-10 seconds. My computer prompted me to upgrade to Windows 10, saying it was compatible, so I don't understand why this is happening.

Jun 21, 2015I upgraded both my desktop and laptop to Windows 10 recently. The desktop's upgrade went smoothly; NVIDIA already has Windows 10-compatible drivers. However, my laptop with Intel HD Graphics is a different story. I've tried the Dell-certified drivers as well as the latest ones directly from Intel, and neither work.
When I attempt to install the driver, I get an error message stating "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

So, I had problems going from Vista to windows 7 because of graphics drivers in the past, and I assume this is the same problem. What happened was I installed everything, came back and my screen was black, no cursor, with the laptop still on. I turned it off and turned it back on, and after the windows load-up it goes black again.
I tried using windows + p to project to a different monitor, but no luck. I tried a lot of different things that I won't bore you with.
Here's my guesses: My graphics driver is out of date, so once I get that up to date I think I might be good, but I'm not sure.
I'm currently on integrated graphics mode, which I think is working as well. I think the other setting is called external, but I'm not positive. I think when my battery is low and I start up my laptop, it switches to inegrated to conserve power, which is why I'm able to be on here right now.
I just downloaded & installed a driver for my graphics card from Geforce.com, and am gonna reboot, which is why I posted this now in case I can't make it back, lol. If you post though I'll be able to see it on my phone, but I might not be able to respond (I can't type sometimes - it closes my keyboard).

Aug 13, 2015after upgrading from Win 8.1, sound was fine thru laptop speakers/headphones except (so far) for Ashampoo programs and the latest Audacity, which reported they could find no sound card.Programs like VLC, Winamp, Zoom player, convertors from Aiseesoft, Imtoo, Aimersoft etc etc etc were fine.
This is an HPG60 214 EM laptop, using a Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221 driver vn 4.0.44.0, dated 2008.An attempt to update shows this is the latest, as do (er hum) a couple of driver update programs.Ashampoo says I need to contact HP, but HP only supported this laptop to Win 7 (it came with Vista).why a few progs don't work and most do would be welcome. I assume this is some sort of low level interface issue which has become apparent in upgrading to Win 10. So far other posts I've found have been about no sound at all after upgrading.

Jan 22, 2016Not sure what the deal is, but Win10 keeps automatically downloading NVIDIA graphics drivers and software, even though I don't have any NVIDIA hardware. The proper Microsoft graphics drivers are installed.
I did google this and tried to "hide" these updates via some Powershell commands, but everytime I delete the NVIDIA drivers, windows just redownloads them.

Aug 2, 2015I've had a problem with windows 10 and my acer PC with an AMD chipset. I constantly have black horizontal lines flickering across my screen. It is worse when running games or Chrome.
I've had this problem before in Ubuntu when I tried using proprietary drivers instead of the default open source ones.
I didn't have this problem before I upgraded from windows 7 sp1.
It doesn't stop me using the PC but is rather annoying ^^.

Windows update says unable to update Intel HD graphics drivers. Downloaded win 10 drivers from Intel site and installed. On reboot get continual bsod as above. No restore point since upgrade. Dec 13, 2015I have an issue with the latest AMD Drivers on my Windows 10 Pro x64. Whenever I have the Crimson edition or 15.++ drivers (15.3 onwards) it crashes or gives a BSOD. The crash occurs repeatedly once you reach the desktop screen until you hit a BSOD but sometimes it shows a BSOD while logging in, the screen flickers a lot (white or sometimes black).
The solutions so far was to install a 14.12 omega catalyst or revert to Windows 7. TdrDelay and letting Windows 10 updating it from their own doesn't work either. BSOD error is VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE atikmpag.sys which happens sometimes before reaching desktop or if the desktop crashes too many times. 14.12 works but it gives limited FPS since it's outdated.

Expectation:
I am expecting to be able to have the two fingers scrolling running as before. More so that it was working and now not since last update from Windows 10 for Smart Gesture Asus. Not having the two fingers scrolling is really tough.

Oct 7, 2015Since the move to Windows 10 (from 7) I haven't been able to connect to my Bluetooth speaker. This worked for me under Windows 7. There is no bluetooth entry in the device manager.
I have a Dell Studio 1555. Both the WiFi and the Ethernet connection to the Internet are OK.
The computer is a dual boot machine with Ubuntu. The bluetooth feature does work in Ubuntu.

Nov 17, 2015Need a driver for my dvd player in an Asus K53T laptop. When I upgraded to 10 my DVD wasn't recognized. One suggestion was to uninstall from the Device Manager, reboot and then hopefully it would be reinstalled.
Didn't happen. Then I foolishly signed on to driver shyster, which was an expensive failure. So, I'm surprised drivers wouldn't be available from the manufacturers.

Sep 30, 2015I upgraded to windows 10 a day or so after it was released and now when I go to plug in my laptop to tv via hdmi or when I plug in an old xbox360 wired controller it keeps telling me that it found the updates for the drivers but encountered an error while attempting to install them. It doesn't give me an error code for this. Also when I check the updated center is says it could not install updates and gives me an error: Error 0x8000ffff.
