Aug 8, 2015I've been waving the flag for the new ecosystem for quite some time now. This is ridiculous. We're out of beta, you have more than enough to allocate in dev/testing/qa resources, how on earth did this slip through? Is Groove Music muting/pausing/stopping for anyone else when they minimize? I have to leave it open to continue to hear music which isn't the end of the world but this bug really shouldn't have survived beta testing.

Groove Music Deleting Tracks On Laptop And OneDrive?
Aug 9, 2015Ever since the app updated to Groove Music I've been having problems with random tracks disappearing.
I have 156 Gb of music on my laptop and in order to share it with my other devices I added it to OneDrive but whenever I open Groove Music my Recycle Bin gets filled with random tracks from different artists, albums and sub-folders. The tracks are different every time and there is no pattern as to how many are deleted.

Nov 10, 2015Okay, this is a really weird one. For the last 2 months I've been experiencing this reoccurring issue on my new Dell XPS 13 laptop where 1-2 times a day, the audio will suddenly get extremely staticy. It generally will last at least 1 minute but sometimes significantly longer, and will affect all audio, including Windows alert sounds and even the "Playback device" test sound. This affects both the internal laptop speakers and any AUX device. I have not experienced the issue when audio is played through HDMI/DP, but I haven't been able to test it enough to know for certain.
However, there is one exception that I have only discovered today: the audio issue does NOT affect any files played through Win10's new default player, Groove. I have played exactly the same audio file on both VLC and Groove "even concurrently" to confirm.

I've spoken to Dell and we have tried countless fixes that I've tried to list below, but the problem persists:
Fresh reinstall of Windows
Replaced motherboard (twice?)
Uninstalled Realtek audio drivers
Updated BIOS
Tried changing all settings in the Realtek HD Audio Manager
Probably 4-5 other issues

Oct 6, 2015I updated my laptop(HP envy m6 notebook) a few days ago from windows 8.1 to 10 and since then my touchpad/pointer has been freezing for 4-5 seconds after I touch any button on the keypad. eg. if i hit enter then i cannot move the pointer for a few seconds.. I can still use the left and right click even while the pointer will not move.
Everything worked perfectly before i upgraded to windows 10 and everything else apart from the freezing mouse seems to be working just fine after the upgrade.

Apr 17, 2015I can't get Win10 build 10049 to install my Canon Pro9000 Inkjet printer. It is connected by USB and when I turn it on, an icon appears in the taskbar briefly and then disappears. Devices show Inkjet printer but no drivers available. I downloaded latest driver from Canon site and tried again following their instructions. No joy! My Lexmark 250dn installed automatically and so did my Canoscan 8800F as well as my Canon MP490 with no problems. I have also tried compatibility mode using Win8.1 and Win7Pro.

I can add this a loacation for Groove to get it's music from but while it accepts this is doesn;t actualkly find any music even though it's there. Screen Flashes After Startup
Jan 15, 2016I'm having a weird issue since i installed windows 10, After installing, drivers, apps, etc., suddenly after using the PC for a few days, after startup apps finish loading and everything, when i try to open any application (browser, explorer, something with uac prompt, anything..) The screen flashes and turns off for a second and then everything come back to normal, This is my 2nd fresh installation for windows 10, I thought there could be something wrong with the drivers, i double checked them, I even replaced all of the apps that i used to have! , spent lots of time to look for alternatives (Avira instead of Kaspersky, 7zip instead of WinRAR, etc.),

Aug 4, 2015Windows 10 installed beautifully and seems to run fast on my Toshiba laptop but the screen flashes every 30 seconds. When it flashes it looks like a small window opens and closes immediately. Any dialogue box open is reset, and there is disk activity. 2 tasks pop up to the top of the list in Task Manager: dwm.exe and explorer.exe. It happens all the time, whether there are any applications open or not.
