Installation :: Error Code While Upgrading OxC1900101-0x4000D

Basically I got this error message while upgrading to Win 10 from Windows 8.1 using the media creation tool.
What happened was, I did this first and i got to windows 10 no problem. Everything was fine until my internet died on the PC. Troubleshooting said there was a problem between the router and the connection. Long story short I could not get the internet up and running on my desktop only, everything else was fine and my other devices had no problem connecting to the Internet. The Internet worked about 4 hours into using Windows 10 then died on the PC only.
So I went back to Win 8.1. Everything seemed to go ok, everything worked. I tried to update to Windows 10 again Abd got this during the install...
Halfway through the installation, it reverted back to 8.1, and I got this message. [URL] .... The troubleshooting tips leads to [URL] ...., which is useless, and this has happened three times. What do I do?
I already tried disabling my antivirus and all startup programs but that didn't work. Windows 8.1 Enterprise, Lenovo Thinkpad...
Every time i try to upgrade to windows 10 i get an error:
Upgrade to Windows 10 Home
Installation date: 8/8/2015 4:42 AM
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code C1900101
Any fix that actually works so i don't have to try 100 things. The only thing to note is i have two drives, one is an ssd which is where my current windows is installed and its path is E, not C, just wondering if that may be the problem.
Just finished upgrading my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Trying to configure E-mail for my Microsoft Live account I keep getting the following error:
"Something went wrong... We're sorry, but we weren't able to do that. Error Code: 0x8007000d" ....
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I've gotten one or more BSODs (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE) on practically every startup. I'll boot, log in, and start using the computer for about two minutes before I get a BSOD. It happens even if I'm not logged in as well. Most of the time, this will happen on multiple consecutive boots until it either stops for some reason, or Windows boots into its recovery options (only after three BSODs in a row).
Interestingly enough, when I remain on the recovery screen for an extended period of time and reboot, I don't get the BSOD again and can boot successfully. The crashes are caused mostly by ntoskrnl.exe with occasional assistance from dxgkrnl.exe. As I understand, this error is caused by incompatible drivers, but I'm not quite sure how to approach the issue since both of those files appear to be system files (NT Kernel & DirectX).
I've attached the necessary ifo : HARRY-PC-Sun_01_24_2016_113126_72.zip
I've tried downloading and installing Windows 10 via the System Update for the past 24 hours (I've tried it 5 separate times). Every time it gets to 84% overall, and 36% configuring settings, then goes to a black screen with nothing on it (including no cursor) and almost no HDD activity. This has happened all five times.
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1 Intel Core i7-2600 CPU 16gb Ram AMD Radeon R9 380 Series Single monitor
I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 from pro 7. When going online I get this message....
explorer. exe - Application Error The instruction at 0x60B52556 referenced memory at 0x60B52556. The memory could not be written. Click ok to terminate the program.
If I close with the "x" I can continue. But when I close Firefox I get a black screen and have to restart. Anytime I use a program it does this. What to do.
I'm updating from 10041 to 10061 and every time get the "oops something went wrong..." message with no error code around 30~40% into installation. Any remedy or am I not the only one?
I have never had a problem installing updates to Win 8.1 and all important updates are fully installed. Every time I try to update to Win10 it says "downloading Windows 10 - checking requirements" and then I get the above error message.
Trying to upgrade my wife's PC via windows update. so far failed about 10 times with different errors. Latest it downloaded everything, completed the install, rebooted shows the x% complete screen, rebooted, briefly showed the Win10 icon and the small circle of white dots, rebooted and back at win7
Error log just says
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0xe06d7363: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586.

Although I have been notified that my upgrade is ready to install, every time I try this it fails with an error message code of '80070002'. I've followed MS instructions on how to fix but guess what - it still fails.
A friend of mine is trying to upgrade his PC using ISO but he keeps getting an error that keeps restoring his PC back to Win8.1. His words "it finishes the install, gets to the copying files stage., then after a while it starts restoring my windows 8.1 back." He sent me a screenshot of the error but for reasons I don't know, Tapa Talk isn't allowing me to send the image. The error code on the screenshot is 0x8007000E-0x2000C with the message "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation."
The update automatically tries to install but I keep getting this. It says Windows 10 couldn't be installed. We couldn't update the system reserved partition. Several times I got error code: 8000FFFF.
I'm trying to update a Dell Optiplex 780 with Windows 7 Pro. SP1
I have an acer aspire v5 573g. I wanted to clean install Windows 10 on it. And every time I tried it gave me an error code : 0x800701E3. I thought it might be due corrupt instalation file or something. I tried other copies but it gives same error. I don't know what it means. I tried searching on the net, but I didn't find anything. I will also attach a photo which I took.
I have been trying to download windows 10 on my laptop (windows 7). It does the download and looks like it is all downloading fine and it starts rebooting and then it goes to a blank blue screen and doesn't go off the screen. I have to turn my laptop off just to do something on it, it then restores my old version of windows and doesn't download windows 10.
I then check the update and it says "failed" with the error details "code 8007002C"
I have tried to upgrade from win7 to win10 after copying the files and the system restarts, I will get the error 0xc000000f. I have both win7 and win10 disks and the automatic repair would not work.
Apparently this has to to with some bios settings, I have tried to follow the guide but I do not have all the options to described in the guide below.

I should probably preface by saying I am using a custom-built machine and never had a BSOD when I was using Windows 7. Since I took the plunge, I've been greeted by a BSOD on nearly every startup (usually around 1-3 minutes after the lock screen appears, before logging in). About 1 out of 6 startups have no BSOD, as evidenced by the frequency of the attached minidump files.
Every time, it's the same error, being KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE, which leads me to believe this issue stems from a single source (don't know much about BSODs so this is based on absolutely zero knowledge). I'm not sure if this changes anything about the diagnosis, but after the PC restarts from one BSOD, it generally reboots perfectly unhindered. I really just want to make sure these errors aren't pointing to a larger issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
After I uninstalled catalyst control centre (because I was having problems with it). When I restarted my mouse and keyboard weren't working. So I tried a ps2 kb and mouse and this worked. I went to device manager a looked at the USB devices, all of them had a yellow warning sign next to the devices. I checked each one and they all had error 39 (missing or corrupted drivers). I tried updating and uninstalling the devices with no avail. How can I fix this?
I upgraded to W10 a few weeks ago from W7. All went well.
Then 2 days ago i got the windows error code oxc000021a, and the computer wouldn't start. Couldn't get into safe mode, and repair didn't work either. Really annoying. I've had to reinstall windows 7. I can still see my windows 10 old install saved under windows.old.
I don't have any option yet to re-upgrade to W10, despite putting all the updates on W7 again. What can I do to get W10 again and recover my data from windows.old?
I've got 8 apps in the windows store in queue for the last three days. Every time I open store and click on check updates I get this error message as shown below..
